本發明係藉由下述而可實現合適的易開封性與高溫下之高的密封強度:一種積層薄膜,其係具有表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之積層薄膜,其中,上述表面層(A)及密封層(C)含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分,上述中間層(B)含有聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),上述中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中之聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量為40~70質量%,上述聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量為30~60質量%,上述中間層(B)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下,上述密封層(C)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下。

Description

積層薄膜、複層薄膜及包裝容器
本發明係有關一種作為密封薄膜之易開封性優異且在高溫可殺菌處理之積層薄膜、複層薄膜及包裝容器。
在沸煮或蒸煮等之食品的包裝容器或隱形眼鏡等之衛生用品的包裝容器等之包裝容器方面,係需求一種被要求不發生加熱殺菌中的內容物洩漏或流通時之衝擊所致開封之高密封性,另一方面又具有在開封時可容易開封之易開封性者。
就具有合適的密封性與易開封性之薄膜而言,係揭示有例如:聚丙烯系之密封層、與以聚乙烯系樹脂為主體之樹脂層所積層而成的複合薄膜(參照專利文獻1);及含有聚丙烯系樹脂和聚乙烯系樹脂之密封層、與含有聚丙烯系樹脂之樹脂層所積層而成的多層薄膜(參照專利文獻2)等。

近年來,在食品及衛生用品之包裝容器方面,基於衛生性提高及有效期限之長期化、製造效率提高等之需求,而需求對於更高溫下之加熱殺菌處理的耐受性。上述薄膜雖係具有合適的密封性和易開封性者,但在大於130℃之高溫下包裝容器內的內壓會變高,故需要在高溫下之密封強度的進一步提高。
本發明之課題係提供一種積層薄膜,其具有合適的易開封性,且在高溫下亦具有高密封強度。
本發明係藉由下述而解決上述課題者:一種積層薄膜,其係具有表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之積層薄膜,其中,上述表面層(A)及密封層(C)含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分,上述中間層(B)含有聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),上述中間層(B)中所含的樹脂成分中的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量為40~70質量%,上述聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量為30~60質量%,上述中間層(B)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下,上述密封層(C)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下。
本發明之積層薄膜係可保持可容易開封之優異易開封性、與在大於130℃之高度加熱殺菌處理時亦佳之密封強度,因此可適用作為需進行加熱殺菌等之高溫處理的各種包裝容器之密封薄膜。尤其,將本發明之 積層薄膜作為密封薄膜使用之複層薄膜,係適合作為將食品或衛生用品、醫療用品等之包裝中使用的具有開口部之包裝容器的開口部加以密封的蓋材。
發明之最佳實施形態
本發明之積層薄膜係具有表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之積層薄膜,表面層(A)及密封層(C)含有以聚丙烯系樹脂為主成分,中間層(B)含有聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)。而且,中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量為40~70質量%,聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量為30~60質量%。又,積層薄膜之中間層(B)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下,密封層(C)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下。
[表面層(A)]
本發明之積層薄膜使用之表面層(A)含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分。藉由使用聚丙烯系樹脂作為表面層,可提高積層薄膜之耐熱性。就該聚丙烯系樹脂而言,可列舉例如:丙烯均聚物;丙烯與乙烯、丁烯-1等之α-烯烴之共聚物;就共聚物而言,可使用:無規共聚物、嵌段共聚物之任一者。其中之較佳者,可列舉:丙烯均聚物;丙烯-乙烯無規共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1無規共聚物。就上述丙烯-乙烯無規共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1無規共聚物等之丙烯系無規共聚物而言,以共聚物 中的源自丙烯的成分含有率為90莫耳%以上者為較佳,92~98莫耳%以上者為特佳。該等丙烯系樹脂(a)可單獨使用,亦可混合使用。
就聚丙烯系樹脂而言,以其融點為130℃以上較佳,140℃以上更佳。藉由使用該融點之聚丙烯系樹脂,可得到可維持高溫下之密封強度的耐熱性。另外,該融點係由示差掃描熱析儀(DSC)測得之吸熱峰溫度。
表面層(A)中之聚丙烯系樹脂之含量,較佳為表面層(A)所含的樹脂成分中的80質量%以上,更佳為90質量%以上。藉由聚丙烯系樹脂之含量在該範圍,可維持耐熱性。
表面層(A)中,可併用上述聚丙烯系樹脂以外之其它樹脂。就該其它樹脂而言,亦可混合上述聚丙烯系樹脂以外之其它烯烴系樹脂、或製造丙烯系樹脂時所產生之薄膜端部等之回收品等。就上述聚丙烯系樹脂以外之烯烴系樹脂而言,以聚乙烯系樹脂為較佳。就該樹脂而言,可列舉例如:直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等之聚乙烯樹脂;乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物等,其中以聚乙烯樹酯為較佳,尤其以直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)為較佳,以密度0.918~0.950g/cm3之直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)為最佳。該等聚乙烯系樹脂可單獨使用,亦可混合使用。
表面層(A)中之該其它樹脂之含量,較佳為表面層(A)所含的樹脂成分中的20質量%以下,從耐熱性之觀點更佳為10質量%以下。
又,表面層(A)中,可適當地添加潤滑劑、抗結塊劑、紫外線吸收劑、光穩定劑、抗靜電劑、防霧劑等、著色劑等之添加劑。
[中間層(B)]
本發明使用之中間層(B)含有聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),該中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量為40~70質量%,聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量為30~60質量%。本發明中,藉由使用該中間層,可實現合適的易開封性與高溫下之高密封強度。
就中間層(B)使用之聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)而言,與上述表面層(A)例示之聚丙烯系樹脂相同,可使用:丙烯均聚物;丙烯與乙烯、丁烯-1等之烯烴共聚物等;就共聚物而言,可使用:無規共聚物、嵌段共聚物。其中,以丙烯-乙烯無規共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1無規共聚物為較佳。該等丙烯系樹脂(b1)可單獨使用,亦可混合使用。
聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之融點以130℃以上較佳,140℃以上更佳。藉由使用該融點之聚丙烯系樹脂(b1),可維持高溫下之密封強度。
聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)在230℃下之熔體流動速率以1.0~10g/10min較佳,3.0~8.0g/10min更佳。藉由 熔體流動速率在該範圍,容易得到合適的易開封性和擠出成形性。
就中間層使用之聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)而言,與上述表面層(A)例示之聚乙烯系樹脂相同,可使用:直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等之聚乙烯樹脂;乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物等。其中,可適用:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。該等聚乙烯系樹脂可單獨使用,亦可混合使用。
因在使用高密度聚乙烯時容易得到合適之耐熱性,故可適用密度0.940~0.965g/cm3之高密度聚乙烯樹脂,特佳為密度0.950~0.965g/cm3之高密度聚乙烯系樹脂。
聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之融點以130℃以上較佳,132℃以上更佳。藉由使用該融點之聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),可維持高溫下之密封強度。
聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)在190℃下之熔體流動速率以2~20g/10min較佳,5~15g/10min更佳。藉由使用該熔體流動速率之聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),與聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)進行熔融混練而擠出成形時容易得到良好的分散性,容易實現合適的密封強度。
中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量,較佳為40~70質量%,更佳為45~60質 量%。而且,中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中的聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量,較佳為30~60質量%,更佳為40~55質量%。藉由各樹脂之含量在上述範圍,容易得到合適的密封強度,尤其是高溫下之合適的密封強度與易開封性。
聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量比,較佳為70/30~50/50,更佳為60/40~50/50。藉由設為該含量比,可得到合適的密封強度。
中間層(B)中,與上述表面層(A)相同,可適當地使用添加劑。
[密封層(C)]
本發明之積層薄膜使用之密封層(C)含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分。藉由使用聚丙烯系樹脂作為密封層,可提高積層薄膜之耐熱性,同時亦容易確保與包裝容器之合適的密著性。就該聚丙烯系樹脂而言,可適用與上述表面層(A)例示之聚丙烯系樹脂。
其中,就密封層(C)使用之聚丙烯系樹脂而言,可列舉例如:丙烯均聚物;丙烯與乙烯、丁烯-1等之α-烯烴的共聚物等;就共聚物而言,可使用:無規共聚物、嵌段共聚物之任一者。其中之較佳者,可列舉:丙烯-乙烯無規共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1無規共聚物等。該等丙烯系樹脂(a)可單獨使用,亦可混合使用。
就密封層(C)使用之聚丙烯系樹脂而言,以其融點為130℃以上較佳,140℃以上更佳。藉由使用該融點之聚丙烯系樹脂,可得到合適的耐熱性與密封起始溫度。
就密封層(C)使用之聚丙烯系樹脂而言,在230℃下之熔體流動速率以0.5~15g/10min較佳,3~12g/10min更佳。藉由熔體流動速率在該範圍,容易得到合適的擠出成形性。
密封層(C)中之聚丙烯系樹脂之含量,較佳為密封層(C)所含的樹脂成分中的90質量%以上,更佳為95質量%以上。若在此範圍,則容易維持合適的耐熱性。
密封層(C)中,可併用上述聚丙烯系樹脂以外之其他樹脂。就該其他樹脂而言,可適用與上述表面層(A)例示之聚丙烯系樹脂以外之其它樹脂相同者。
密封層(C)中之該其它樹脂之含量,較佳為密封層(C)所含的樹脂成分中的20質量%以下,更佳為5~20質量%,再佳為5~10質量%。若在該範圍,則容易維持耐熱性,容易得到合適的密封強度。
密封層(C)中,與上述表面層(A)相同,可適當地使用添加劑。
[積層薄膜]
本發明之積層薄膜係至少積層有上述表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之薄膜,一側的表層為表面層(A),另一側的表層為密封層(C),係為該表面層(A)與密封層(C)之間具有中間層(B)之構成。該構成之積層薄膜,其藉由兩表層含有高耐熱性之聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分,積層薄膜全體可實現高耐熱性。又,其使用以聚丙烯系樹脂為主成分之密封層(C)、與以上述配比含有高耐熱性之聚丙烯系樹脂及聚乙烯系樹脂之中間層(B)。再 者,中間層(B)之厚度及密封層(C)之厚度係各自設定為積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下。藉此,在密封後之開封時,會發生密封層(C)之斷裂與中間層(B)之凝聚破壞,故對高溫下之內壓提高可保持高密封強度,同時亦可實現開封時之合適的易開封性。
本發明之積層薄膜中之密封層(C)之厚度係薄膜總厚度的15%以下,較佳為5~15%之範圍。密封層(C)之厚度在該範圍時,熱封強度穩定而呈現適度的易開封性,在開封時不易引起殘膜。又,中間層(B)之厚度係薄膜總厚度的15%以下,較佳為5~15%之範圍。中間層(B)之厚度在該範圍時,熱封強度穩定而呈現適度的易開封性。
本發明之積層薄膜中之表面層(A)之厚度係較佳為90%以下,更佳為50~80%,再佳為60~80%。藉由表面層之厚度在該範圍,容易得到合適之耐熱性及穩定之熱封強度、合適之易開封性。
本發明之積層薄膜之厚度,以其總厚度為15~100μm較佳,從易開封性之觀點,20~60μm更佳。藉由設為該厚度,尤其容易適用於包裝容器之蓋材用薄膜。
表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)可分別為單層,亦可分別由複數之層形成。為複數之層所構成時,可積層相同配比之層,亦可積層不同配比之層。另外,本發明之積層薄膜具有中間層(B)與密封層(C)所直接積層而成之構成。
本發明之積層薄膜之較佳構成例,可例示:表面層(A)/中間層(B)/密封層(C)之構成、將表面層作成二層構成之表面層(A1)/表面層(A2)/中間層(B)/密封層(C)之構成等。
尤其,本發明中,表面層(A)占總厚度的比例高,故為了使調整在使用共擠出法時之熱封中間層(B)與密封層(C)之厚度更容易,較佳為作成2層以上之多層構成,以成為均質性優異之多層薄膜。此時,作成2層以上之表面層(A)時之構成各層的樹脂混合物,為以聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分者即可,可為全部相同之混合物,亦可為各自之熔體流動速率(MFR)或密度不同之樹脂的混合物、混合比不同之混合物等。
而且,本發明之積層薄膜,在無損本發明之效果的範圍內,可具有障壁層等之上述表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)以外之其它層。在設置該其它層時,該其它層的厚度係以積層薄膜之總厚度的10%以下較佳。
就本發明之積層薄膜的製造方法而言,必須為以表面層(A)/中間層(B)/密封層(C)之構成而進行積層的共擠出積層成形法,例如:藉由使用3台以上之擠出機進行熔融擠出之共擠出多層模法、進料塊法等之習知的共擠出法,於熔融狀態積層表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之後,用膨脹、T模冷軋法等之方法將其加工成長捲薄膜之方法較佳,使用T模之共擠出法更佳。
[複層薄膜]
本發明之積層薄膜可藉由將基材疊層在表面層(A)上,形成複層薄膜。就該基材而言,可列舉例如:雙軸拉伸聚酯薄膜、雙軸拉伸尼龍薄膜、不織布、鋁箔、紙等。該等基材可單獨使用,亦可使用將2種以上之薄膜積層而成者。
就將基材疊層在積層薄膜之方法而言,可列舉例如:乾式疊層法、熱疊層法、多層擠出塗佈法等,該等之中,乾式疊層法更佳。又,以乾式疊層法將本發明之共擠出積層薄膜與基材進行疊層時所使用的接著劑,可列舉例如:聚醚-聚胺甲酸酯系接著劑、聚酯-聚胺甲酸酯系接著劑等。
又,將本發明之積層薄膜與基材進行疊層之前,若在上述樹脂層(A)之表面施行電暈放電處理,則與基材之密著性提高,因而較佳。
[包裝容器]
上述複層薄膜可適用作為各種包裝用材料,藉由將具有開口部之容器的開口部以該複層薄膜密封,即可作成包裝容器。尤其,最適合作為將食品、衛生用品、醫藥用品等之具有開口部之包裝容器的開口部加以密封的蓋材。而且,將本發明之複層薄膜作為蓋材使用時,包裝容器之開口部的熱封面較佳為以聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分者。藉由將該熱封面作成以聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分者,容易實現高耐熱性,而且,可得到包裝容器之開口部與蓋材之密封強度為合適、易開封性優異、 保有加熱處理中內容物不會洩出之密封強度的包裝容器。
就上述聚丙烯系樹脂而言,可列舉例如:丙烯均聚物、丙烯-乙烯共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物等之丙烯的均聚物或丙烯與α-烯烴之共聚物。該等聚丙烯系樹脂之中,若為聚合物中之丙烯單體單元的含量為70莫耳%以上者,則可得到充分之密封強度,因而較佳。
又,上述包裝容器之開口部的熱封面係含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分者,而就該含量而言,以60質量%以上較佳,80質量%以上更佳。上述熱封面之聚丙烯系樹脂之含量若為該範圍,則可得到充分之密封強度,因而較佳。又,在該熱封面中,可與聚丙烯系樹脂併用之樹脂,只要是與聚丙烯系樹脂之相溶性良好且不阻礙熱封之樹脂,則無特別限定,可列舉例如:乙烯均聚物、乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物等之聚乙烯系樹脂等。
[實施例]
以下列舉實施例與比較例,具體地說明本發明,惟本發明並不限定於該等。此外,例中之份及%均為重量基準。
對於後述之實施例及比較例中所得的積層薄膜等,進行以下之評定。所得結果呈示於表中。
(1)易剝離性之評定
在所得薄膜之表面層(A)側,使用胺甲酸乙酯系接著劑疊層膜厚15μm之雙軸延伸尼龍薄膜,作成複 層薄膜。將所得複層薄膜之熱封層與厚度0.3mm之聚丙烯薄片對齊,使用精密熱封機(Tester Industry製造),在溫度200℃、壓力0.2MPa,以寬度10mm之密封棒熱封1.0秒後放冷,接著,從經熱封之試樣切取15mm寬度之試驗片,在23℃、50%RH之恆溫室以拉伸速度300mm/分鐘之條件,利用萬能型拉伸試驗機(A&D股份有限公司製造)在180°方向剝離來測定最大荷重。(單位:N/15mm)
(2)耐熱性之評定
在上述薄片重疊上述複層薄膜之熱封層,使用精密熱封機,在溫度200℃、壓力0.2MPa,以寬度10mm之密封棒熱封1.0秒後放冷,接著,從經熱封之試樣切取15mm寬度之試驗片,在130℃之恆溫槽內以拉伸速度300mm/分鐘之條件,利用萬能型拉伸試驗機(A&D股份有限公司製造)在180°方向剝離來測定最大荷重。(單位:N/15mm)
(實施例1)
表面層(A)成為二層構成。使用以多位點觸媒(multi-site catalyst)所合成之丙烯均聚物[密度0.89g/cm3、MFR(230℃)3g/10分鐘;以下稱為HOPP]作為表面層(A1)及表面層(A2)用之樹脂,使用60份丙烯-乙烯共聚物[融點135℃、密度0.89g/cm3、MFR(230℃)7g/10分鐘;以下稱為COPP(1)]與40份高密度聚乙烯[密度0.960g/cm3、MFR190℃)7g/10分鐘;以下稱為HDPE]之混合物作為中間層(B),以及使用以多位點觸媒所合成之丙烯-乙烯共聚物[融點140℃、密度0.89g/cm3、MFR(230℃)7.5g/10分鐘;以下稱為COPP(2)]作為 密封層(C)用之樹脂,將樹脂分別供給至表面層(A1)用擠出機(口徑50mm)與表面層(A2)用擠出機(口徑50mm)與中間層(B)用擠出機(口徑40mm)與密封層(C)用擠出機(口徑40mm),利用共擠出法以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為20/20/5/5(μm)之方式於擠出溫度250℃下從T型模具擠出,利用40℃之水冷金屬冷卻輥冷卻,以表面層(A)的潤濕張力成為40mN/m之方式進行電暈放電處理後,捲繞成卷,使其在35℃之熟化室中熟化48小時,得到總厚度50μm之共擠出多層薄膜。
(實施例2)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用50份COPP(1)與50份HDPE之混合物以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到實施例2之共擠出積層薄膜。
(實施例3)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用70份COPP(1)與30份HDPE之混合物以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到實施例3之共擠出積層薄膜。
(實施例4)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用60份COPP(1)與40份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為15/20/7.5/7.5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到實施例4之共擠出積層薄膜。
(實施例5)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用50份COPP(1)與50份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的 厚度成為15/20/7.5/7.5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到實施例5之共擠出積層薄膜。
(實施例6)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用70份COPP(1)與30份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為15/20/7.5/7.5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到實施例6之共擠出積層薄膜。
(比較例1)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用80份COPP(1)與20份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為20/20/5/5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到比較例1之共擠出積層薄膜。
(比較例2)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用30份COPP(1)與70份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為20/20/5/5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到比較例2之共擠出積層薄膜。
(比較例3)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用50份COPP(1)與50份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為10/20/10/10(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到比較例3之共擠出積層薄膜。
(比較例4)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用70份乙烯-丙烯共聚物[融點125℃、密度0.89g/cm3、MFR(230℃)7g/10 分鐘;以下稱為COPP(3)]與30份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為20/20/5/5(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到比較例4之共擠出積層薄膜。
(比較例5)
除了中間層(B)用之樹脂係使用50份COPP(3)與50份HDPE之混合物且以(A1)/(A2)/(B)/(C)之各層的厚度成為10/20/10/10(μm)之方式擠出以外,進行與實施例1相同之操作,得到比較例5之共擠出積層薄膜。
由上述表可明顯看出,實施例1~6之本發明的積層薄膜係具有可耐受高溫下之剝離的良好耐熱性與合適的易剝離性者。另一方面,比較例1~5之薄膜係無法兼具耐熱性與易剝離性者。

  1. 一種積層薄膜,其係具有表面層(A)、中間層(B)及密封層(C)之積層薄膜,其中,該表面層(A)及密封層(C)含有聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分,該中間層(B)含有聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)與聚乙烯系樹脂(b2),該中間層(B)所含的樹脂成分中的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之含量為40~70質量%,該聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之含量為30~60質量%,該聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)之融點為130℃以上,該聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)為密度0.940~0.965g/cm3之高密度聚乙烯樹脂,該中間層(B)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下,該密封層(C)之厚度係積層薄膜之總厚度的15%以下。
  2. 如請求項1之積層薄膜,其中,該中間層(B)中所含的聚丙烯系樹脂(b1)為丙烯均聚物及丙烯-乙烯共聚物。
  3. 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,該中間層(B)含有作為聚乙烯系樹脂(b2)之融點大於130℃的高密度聚乙烯樹脂。
  4. 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,該表面層(A)含有80質量%以上之丙烯均聚物。
  5. 一種複層薄膜,其係在如請求項1至4中任一項之積層薄膜的表面層(A)上疊層基材。
  6. 如請求項5之複層薄膜,其係使用作為包裝容器之蓋材。
  7. 一種包裝容器,其係在開口部具有以聚丙烯系樹脂作為主成分之熱封面,且該開口部以如請求項5或6之複層薄膜所密封。
