548080 A7 B7 五、發明説明(7 酸、L-抗壞血酸與DL·蘋果酸係為較佳者。特別仏抗壞血 酸與無水檸檬酸係更佳。 本發明組成物巾之上述發泡劑成份與中和劑成份的 配合比例,較佳係為發泡劑係在〇 3-1〇重量%且中和劑成份 係在0.9-30重量%等範圍内。在發泡劑成份低於〇5重量% 時,所獲致的可嚼式錠劑無法具有良好的崩解性,而無法 發揮出所欲的防止附著之效用的缺點。相反地,若發泡成 分超過10重量%時,所獲致的可嚼式錠劑發泡感過強,而 感受到不舒適的食感。中和劑成份若低於〇·9重量%時,無 法得到充分量之中和發泡劑成分而引發泡反應,發泡性 差,所造成的結果是,恐怕有無法期待得到所預期之防止 附著的效用,同時呈現的味道係為過酸味道等缺點。相反 地,若中和超過30重量%而變得過剩,所得到的可嚼式鍵 劑有酸味過強而呈現出不佳的味道的缺點。特別好的是, 該等發泡劑成份與中和劑成份在上述組成物中的配合比例 為,選自於該發泡劑成份係在〇_6_3重量%而該中和劑成份 係在2-10重量%之範圍内者。 本發明組成物,更有利者,係進一步含有〇·1 _5重量% 作為安定劑之的碳酸鉀。該碳酸鉀對以上述配合量範圍内 所得到的組成物之味道不會有不良影響,且由於該等配 合’本叙明組成物可保持相當安定性之本發明組成物的發 泡性。 又’本發明組成物中,較佳的是,其進一步含有5·2〇 重量%之水不溶性食物纖維,在此該水不溶性纖維係為人 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) Α4規格(210X297公釐) -10- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填窝本頁)
