Abstract
本發明提供一種基體表面圖案製作方法,其包括如下步驟:提供基體;於該基體上形成一色彩層;於該色彩層上形成一面漆層,用以形成所述面漆層的塗料為紫外光固化塗料;提供一壓印模具,於所述面漆層表面形成複數凹部;對面漆層及壓印模具一起進行第一次紫外光固化處理;分離所述基體與壓印模具,並對所述面漆層進行第二次紫外光固化處理。本發明還提供了經上述基體表面圖案製作方法製得的製品。
Description
本發明涉及一種基體表面圖案製作方法及其製品。
為了使電子裝置(如手機)獲得較好的外觀效果,通常在其外殼上製作各種裝飾性圖案。習知的方法一般係藉由陽極氧化、電泳塗裝、噴漆等表面處理在金屬外殼表面形成某種顏色的圖案。其中,多次陽極氧化處理雖然可獲得不同色彩的圖案,但製程過於複雜。而電泳塗裝與噴漆獲得的裝飾層的顏色通常係固定不變的,缺乏變化和多樣性。隨著消費水準的提高,這種外觀已經不能滿足消費者對這些產品的外觀追求。
鑒於此,有必要提供一種基體表面圖案製作方法及其製品。
一種基體表面圖案製作方法,其包括如下步驟:
提供基體;
於該基體上形成一色彩層;
於該色彩層上形成一面漆層,用以形成所述面漆層的塗料為紫外光固化塗料;
提供一具有透光性的壓印模具,並使用該壓印模具對所述基體進行壓印處理,壓印時使壓印模具貼合於所述面漆層,於所述面漆層表面形成複數凹部;
對面漆層進行第一次紫外光固化處理,在第一次紫外光固化處理過程中,紫外光由壓印模具的方向並藉由所述壓印模具射向所述面漆層;
分離所述基體與壓印模具,並對所述面漆層進行第二次紫外光固化處理。
一種製品,其包括基體、依次形成於該基體上的色彩層及面漆層,所述面漆層表面藉由壓印的方式形成有複數凹部,所述複數凹部組合形成圖案,用以形成所述面漆層的塗料為紫外光固化塗料。
所述基體表面圖案製作方法,藉由紫外光穿過具有透光性的壓印模具而非穿過所述基體對所述面漆層進行第一次紫外固化,如此,無需要求基體具有透光性,還可於形成面漆層之前在基體上形成提供底色的顏色層用以提高所述製品的外觀吸引力。此外,該形成圖案的方法較為簡單,環境污染較小。
由於經壓印後的面漆層形成有凹凸不平的立體圖案,當一束波長為λ的入射光照射到面漆層的凹部與凸部時,由於該凹部與凸部的厚度不同,該入射光經由色彩層及面漆層所反射出的光的波長亦就不同,從而使人眼所看到的凹部與凸部的顏色不同,呈現出圖案,提高了產品的外觀吸引力及競爭力。
請參閱圖1所示,本發明一較佳實施例的基體表面圖案製作方法主要包括如下步驟:
提供基體11,該基體11的材質為不銹鋼、鋁、鋁合金、鎂或鎂合金等金屬。對基體11表面進行脫脂除油、烘乾等常規處理。
採用噴塗、輥壓塗布等方式,於所述基體11表面形成一底漆層13。用以形成所述底漆層13的塗料可為烘烤型塗料或紫外光固化塗料,優選為紫外光固化塗料。該底漆層13為無色透明的油漆層,其具有光滑平整的表面,可增強後續塗層與底漆層13的結合力。所述底漆層13的厚度可為3-5μm。
採用網印及凹版印刷等方式,在該底漆層13上形成一色彩層15。用以形成所述色彩層15的油墨為常溫自幹型油墨、烘烤型油墨或紫外光固化油墨等,優選為常溫自幹型油墨。所述色彩層15的厚度為15-20μm。根據實際情況還可於該色彩層15中添加亮片、珠光粉等。
採用網印、噴塗等方式,於所述色彩層15上形成一面漆層17。用以形成所述面漆層17的塗料為紫外光固化塗料。所述面漆層17的厚度為10-15μm。所述面漆層17具有良好的耐磨性,如此可保護所述色彩層15免受外力刮擦。
請參閱圖2所示,提供一壓印模具50,該壓印模具50具有較高的透光性。所述壓印模具50藉由電鑄等方法形成有待製作於所述基體11上的圖案。該壓印模具50的材質為聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯等硬質透光材料。該壓印模具50設置有複數間隔分佈的成型面51。
對所述基體11進行壓印處理,用以使所述面漆層17形成與所述成型面51相凹凸嚙合的複數凹部171,所述複數凹部171組合形成有凹凸的立體圖案。在該壓印處理過程中,將所述壓印模具50壓合於所述基體11上,且形成有所述成型面51的表面與所述面漆層17相貼合。
將所述基體11連同所述壓印模具50一起進行第一次紫外光固化處理,紫外光由壓印模具50的方向並藉由所述壓印模具50射向所述面漆層17,用以定型形成於所述面漆層17上的立體圖案。所述第一次紫外光固化的工藝參數為:紫外光的波長為300-380nm,固化能量為800-1200毫焦耳/釐米2,線速為0.05-0.2m/s,固化時間為0.25-1min。結束所述第一次紫外光固化後,將所述基體11與壓印模具50分離。
對經第一次紫外光固化處理後的基體11進行第二次紫外光固化處理,用以使所述面漆層17完全固化。所述第二次紫外光固化的工藝參數為:紫外光的波長為300-380nm,固化能量為1200-1600毫焦耳/釐米2,線速為0.05-0.2m/s,時間為0.5-1min。
對經第二次紫外光固化後的基體11進行沖壓,以獲得具有待製得的製品10的結構。如此,可使製品10的外表面任何部位都形成有凹凸不平的立體圖案,而不受製品10的立體形狀的限制。
可以理解的,根據實際需要,所述基體11的材質亦可為非金屬,如塑膠、玻璃或陶瓷等。
可以理解的,所述底漆層13可以省略。
可以理解的,所述色彩層15還可藉由噴塗或塗布的方式形成,形成所述色彩層15的可為烘烤型塗料或紫外光固化塗料。
可以理解的,所述色彩層15還為真空鍍膜層。
可以理解的,所述沖壓的步驟可以省略。
所述形成圖案的方法,藉由紫外光穿過具有高透光性的壓印模具50而非穿過所述基體11對所述面漆層17進行第一次紫外固化,如此,無需要求基體11及底漆層13均具有透光性,還可於形成面漆層17之前在基體11上形成提供底色的顏色層15用以提高所述製品10的外觀吸引力。另外,該形成圖案的方法較為簡單,環境污染較小。
由上述基體表面圖案製作方法製得的製品10,其包括一基體11、依次形成於該基體11上的底漆層13、色彩層15及面漆層17。所述面漆層17表面藉由壓印的方式形成有複數凹部171,所述複數凹部171組合形成有凹凸的立體圖案。每一凹部171的深度在8-15mm之間。每一凹部171的最小寬度可達0.016mm。
所述製品10可為電子裝置外殼,亦可為鐘錶外殼、金屬衛浴件及建築用件。
該基體11的材質為不銹鋼、鋁、鋁合金、鎂或鎂合金。
所述底漆層13的厚度可為3-5μm。
所述色彩層15為所述製品10提供外觀色彩。所述色彩層15的厚度為15-20μm。
所述面漆層17形成有凹凸不平的立體圖案。所述面漆層17的厚度為10-15μm。
由於經壓印後的面漆層17形成有凹凸不平的立體圖案,當一束波長為λ的入射光照射到面漆層17的凹部171與凸部時,由於該凹部171與凸部的厚度不同,該入射光經由色彩層15及面漆層17所反射出的光的波長亦就不同,從而使人眼所看到的凹部171與凸部的顏色不同,呈現出圖案,提高了產品的外觀吸引力及競爭力。另外,所述製品10的耐磨性較好、圖案精度較高。

Claims (10)
- 一種基體表面圖案製作方法,其包括如下步驟:
提供基體;
於該基體上形成一色彩層;
於該色彩層上形成一面漆層,用以形成所述面漆層的塗料為紫外光固化塗料;
提供一具有透光性的壓印模具,並使用該壓印模具對所述基體進行壓印處理,壓印時使壓印模具貼合於所述面漆層,於所述面漆層表面形成複數凹部;
對面漆層進行第一次紫外光固化處理,在第一次紫外光固化處理過程中,紫外光由壓印模具的方向並藉由所述壓印模具射向所述面漆層;
分離所述基體與壓印模具,並對所述面漆層進行第二次紫外光固化處理。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之基體表面圖案製作方法,其中所述壓印模具的材質為聚甲基丙烯酸酯或聚碳酸酯的硬質透光材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之基體表面圖案製作方法,其中所述色彩層藉由網印、凹版印刷、噴塗、塗布或真空鍍膜的方式形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之基體表面圖案製作方法,其中所述第一次紫外光固化的工藝參數為:紫外光的波長為300-380nm,固化能量為 800-1200毫焦耳/釐米2,線速為0.05-0.2m/s,固化時間為0.25-1min。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之基體表面圖案製作方法,其中所述第二次紫外光固化的工藝參數為:紫外光的波長為300-380nm,固化能量為1200-1600毫焦耳/釐米2,線速為0.05-0.2m/s,時間為0.5-1min。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之基體表面圖案製作方法,其中當所述基體的材質為金屬時,所述基體表面圖案製作方法還包括對經第二次紫外光固化處理後的基體進行沖壓處理的步驟。
- 一種製品,其包括基體,其改良在於:該製品還包括依次形成於該基體上的色彩層及面漆層,所述面漆層表面藉由壓印的方式形成有複數凹部,用以形成所述面漆層的塗料為紫外光固化塗料。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的製品,其中所述面漆層的厚度為10-15μm,每一凹部的深度在8-15mm之間,每一凹部的最小寬度達0.016mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的製品,其中所述色彩層為油墨層、真空鍍膜層或噴塗層。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的製品,其中所述基體的材質為金屬或非金屬。
