200927187 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域3 發明領域 本發明係有關於油性固形化粧料。 發明背景 以往,為了隱藏皮膚的傷痕等的皮膚損傷部份,_直 以來是用化粧料塗厚的方式遮蓋傷痕等而使其不明顯。 〇 然而’一般所使用的化粧料中,常會因皮膚傷痕等皮 10膚損傷程度而有無法應付的情況’因此產生對於可有效隱 藏皮膚損傷部份之化粧料的需求。 另一方面,本發明實施形態中所使用的粉末氧化鈦是 使用作為化粧料用的粉末,其中也作為多量混合的成份, 例如可舉例為曰本特開平08_81331號公報(專利文獻1}的實 15施例3,或疋曰本特開平07-89826號公報(專利文獻2)的實施 例1、2,就皮膚損傷部份的修補效果而言,並不能說是十 © 分充份的。 又’粉底(foundation)等中,為了上色是必需配合氧化 鐵系的顏料’但是此系顏料中_旦大量混合氧化鈦由於 20溶融黏度會變高,色料的分散性會變差,而有產生色斑的 缺點。 專利文獻丨·日本特開平08-81331號公報 專利文獻2.日本特開平07.89826號公報 【明内】 5 200927187 發明概要 解決課題的手段 依據本發明的一態樣,提供一種油性固形化粧料,包 含: (a) 30〜50質量%的氧化鈦; (b) 5〜30質量%的氧化鐵系顏料; (c) 2〜5質量%的二異硬酯酸二甘油酯(diglyCeryl diisostearate)。
【實施方式:J 10 實施發明的最佳形態 以下說明本發明的最佳實施形態。 本發明的實施形態係可提供對皮膚損傷部份有覆蓋力 而對於皮膚損傷部份的修補效果優異,並且色料分散性優 異、充份展現出著色的色彩,而且也無色斑的油性固形化 15 粧料。 此處,本發明人等在對於皮膚損傷部份的修補效果優 異’並且無色斑的油性固形化粧料進行各種探討的結果, 發現可使用特定的基底粉末及特定的分散劑。 本發明的實施形態是以例如含有(a)氧化鈦3〇〜50質量 2〇 %、(b)氧化鐵系顏料5〜30質量%、(c)二異硬酯酸二甘油 酯(diglyceryl diisostearate) 2〜5質量%的油性固形化粧料。 本發明實施形態的油性固形化粧料較佳是使用作為皮膚損 傷修補用化粧料。 本發明實施形態的油性固形化粧料係具有覆蓋力、對 200927187 於皮膚損傷部份的修補效果優異、並且色料分散性佳、無 色斑。 5 ❹ 10 15 ❹ 本發明的實施形態所使用的(a)成份之氧化鈦係例如平 均粒徑為〇.3μιη以上的顏料級氧化鈦。其混合量為例如 30〜50質量%,較佳是35~45質量%。若少於30質量%則會因 覆蓋力不良’而有皮膚損傷修補效果不充份的現象,若超 過5〇質量%則會有色料的顏色無法充份展現的現象,並且 厚重感過強而顯得不自然。 作為本發明實施形態所使用的(b)成份之氧化鐵系顏 料,可舉例為,例如:紅色系顏料的氧化鐵(鐵丹)、鈦鐵礦 (ilmenite)等;褐色系顏料的γ-氧化鐵;黃色系顏料的氧化 鐵黃;黑色系顏料的氧化鐵黑。此等可適當選擇一種或兩 種以上來使用。 本發明實施形態的油性固形化粧料中,例如,氧化鐵 系顏料的混合量佔組成物中的5〜30質量%,較佳可混合 6〜26質量%。在此範圍中可展現出適當的顏色。 本發明實施形態中,例如(a)氧化鈦與(b)氧化鐵系顏料 的混合比(質量比),以(a):(b)=6:l〜1:1為較佳。此範圍内, 覆蓋力與著色之顏色展現都很良好。 本發明實施形態所使用的(c)—異硬i旨酸二甘油醋係例 如下述式(1)所示者,可以是純物質或混合物。使用二異硬 酯酸二甘油醋以外的分散劑的情況下,在高氧化鈦混合的 油性固形化粧料系列中,無法得到良好的氧化鐵系顏料分 散性。 20 200927187 RO- [CH2CH(0R)CH20]n-R.. .(1) (式中,R係表示H或異硬脂酸殘基,i分子中的異硬脂 酸殘基平均為2。η平均為2。) 本發明實施形態的油性固形化粧料中,例如二異硬酯 5 酸二甘油酯的混合量為組成物中的2〜5質量%。若二異硬酯 酸二甘油酯的混合量少於2質量% ’即使氧化鐵系顏料量少 的時候也會產生色斑,而若超過5質量%,會損及使用時適 度的適合感,且覆蓋力不良。 本發明實施形態中,藉由使用含有(d)丙稀酸-石夕氧系 10 接枝共聚物(acryl-silicone graft compolymer)及石夕氧化多醣 化合物(siliconized polysaccharide compound)的皮膜劑,使 得重覆上粧容易進行,而提高皮膚損傷部份的修補效果, 且使得化粧得以持久。以下詳細敘述此等皮膜劑。 丙烯酸-矽氧系接枝共聚物是指:於分子鏈的一末端具 15 有聚合性自由基的聚有機石夕氧炫> (organopolysiloxane)化合 物、與以丙烯酸脂及/或曱基丙烯酸酯為主體的具有聚合性 自由基單體的共聚物,如日本特開平2-25411號公報、日本 特開平2-132141號公報等所記載者。例如,於分子鏈的一 末端具有聚合性自由基的聚有機矽氧烧 20 (organopolysiloxane)化合物,可舉例為下述通式(2)所表示 者(聚有機矽氧烧(organopolysiloxane)化合物可用1:3〜300 的混合比例與前述具有聚合性自由基單體混合)。 [化學式1] - -(2) 200927187 R1 CH2 = 0- 0- 0^ r2 0
