Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the production of thermophosphates, which contributes to the intensification of the process by reducing the time for the transition of the P 2 O 5 -phosphates to a lemon-soluble form and the decrease in the fluorine content in the final product. According to the invention, the phosphate raw material is mixed with phosphoric acid and alkali containing compound, followed by sintering the resulting mixture at 900 - 1300 ° C, cooling and grinding the product. Sodium silicofluoride is used as alkali-containing compound in an amount that provides the molar ratio NA 2 OKP 2 O 5 = 0.3 - 0.53 in the mixture of components, and sodium fluorofluoride is preliminarily repulped in phosphoric acid solution until 5-20% is added with sodium silicon to the active form of SIO 2 . The transition time of P 2 O 5 - phosphate to the lemon-soluble form is reduced by 4 times, and the fluorine content is reduced by 2 times. 1 tab.

Within 2 hours, the temperature in the furnace is raised to 1,300 ° C, and then they are sintered under isothermal conditions at 1300 ° C for 2 hours. During sintering, air containing 10–15% by volume of water vapor is passed through the furnace. Samples of the material being sampled are taken at the time when the temperature in the furnace reaches 1300 ° C and every 30 minutes thereafter. The samples are cooled by placing them in a desiccator. The cooled samples are ground and analyzed. Based on the analyzes, the conversion ratio of P20b to the lemon-soluble form is calculated.
