Abstract
1 з.п. в (П 00 00 соThis invention relates to a process for producing simple superphosphate. The purpose of the invention is. reduction of consumption standards for phosphate raw materials while improving product quality. The process is carried out by decomposing with sulfuric acid a mixture of apatite and powder-containing various dried sludge sediments from the neutralization station of wastewater of phosphorus-tuk industries, taken in an amount of 2-10% of the mass of their mixture, using sediments of the following composition, wt.%: 10-25 , CaO 35-50, F 5-20; SiO 4-18, the rest is S0. This procedure reduces the phosphate consumption from 2.54 to 2.26-2.48 mash, per unit in superphosphate with a decrease in soda to 5% and an increase in the degree of decomposition of the raw material from 92.6-95.6 to 96, 3-99.0. Disposal of pshamov also solves environmental aspects - eliminates sludge collectors. 1 hp ff, 3 tab. in (P 00 00 co

табл.1).Replacing a portion of apatite raw material with sludge reduces the consumption of apatite per unit PjOy in superphosphate, both in comparison with the factory base method and the prototype, making the product cheaper, leaving the rate of sulfuric acid for decomposition of the raw material almost unchanged at a higher the output of superphosphate (see table 1).
Применение добавки шлама по предлагаемому способу за счет возврата и полезного использовани фторфосфорсо- держащего многотоннажного отхода туковых производств обеспечивает в итоге практически 100%-ный перевод полезного компонента фосфатного сьфь в целевой продукт и существенную экономию сырь .The use of sludge additive by the proposed method due to the return and beneficial use of fluorophosphorus-containing large-tonnage waste of fertilizer production provides, as a result, almost 100% conversion of the useful component of phosphate to the target product and significant savings in raw materials.
Шпамы туковых предпри тий образуютс на заводских станци х нейтрализации , где фторсодержащие стоки обез- вреживают чаще всего известковым молоком с выделением растворенного фтора в твердую фазу, а затем направл ютс в поверхностные хранилища - ртамонакопители. Содержание компонентов шламовых осадков находитс в следующих пределах, мас.%: 10- 25; СаО 35-50, F 5-20; SiO 4-18;The fertilizer spikes are formed at factory neutralization stations, where fluorine-containing drains are disposed of most often with milk of lime with the release of dissolved fluorine in the solid phase, and then sent to surface storage facilities - storage tanks. The content of the components of the sludge sediments is in the following limits, wt.%: 10-25; CaO 35-50, F 5-20; SiO 4-18;
