The method according to the invention is based on the processing of Kovdor apatite concentrate, soda and sand at a molar ratio of components P20s: Na20: Si02 1: 0.30: 0.33: (0.56-0.63) at a firing temperature of 700-1450 ° C.
This process can be represented by the equation:
+1,5Si02 + N20 2CaNaP04 ++ 1,5Si02 + N20 2CaNaP04 +
В качестве источника фосфора примен ют апатитовый концентрат ковдорского месторождени следующего состава, мас.%:Compared with the known method in the present invention, the consumption of soda is reduced, i.e. the molar ratio of P20s: Na20 was reduced from 1.0: (1.03-1.61) to 1.0: (0.30-0.33), and the firing temperature of the charge was changed from 900-1300 ° С to 1400-1450 ° s Apatite concentrate of the Kovdor field of the following composition is used as a source of phosphorus, wt%:
Снижение содержани в шихте щелочного элемента с одновременным повышением содержани СаО и Р20з способствует повышению тугоплавкости шихты и возможности вести процесс при более высокой температуре в гор чей зоне по сравнению с прототипом .The choice of the temperature regime of the technological process is determined by the composition of the initial charge and the final product. The decrease in the content of alkaline element in the mixture with a simultaneous increase in the content of CaO and P20z contributes to an increase in the refractoriness of the charge and the ability to conduct the process at a higher temperature in the hot zone compared to the prototype.
Tricalcium phosphate formed along with renanite exists in two modifications. The crystalline / -modification is stable at a temperature of less than 1180 ° C. It is not absorbed by plants. In contrast, the "-modification is stable at a temperature above 1180 ° C and is a form that is absorbed by plants. In connection with this important condition for the preparation of highly soluble phosphates, the product is rapidly cooled to stabilize the a-modification of tricalcium phosphate and prevent its transition to an insoluble form.
An increase in the firing temperature in the hot zone (1450 ° С vs. 1300 ° С) does not lead to an increase in energy consumption, since
В за вленном способе на разгрузочном конце печи имеемceteris paribus (loading, rotational speed of the furnace) temperature distribution along the length of the torch. In the claimed method at the discharge end of the furnace we have
The relationship between the ratio of components in the feedstock, the temperature in the hot zone of the furnace and the content of PzOs absorbed in the finished product is given in the table.
A change in the temperature regime, a change in the ratio of the components of the mixture, and the introduction into the mixture as natural phosphate of the Kovdor apatite concentrate makes it possible to improve the quality of the fertilizer by increasing the content of P205 euro. up to 30.5-32.0%. Lowering the soda ratio below 0.30 reduces the P20s content of the eu. Increasing the soda ratio will require a significant increase in temperature, which reduces the efficiency of the process as a whole.
The use of the proposed method in comparison with existing methods
обеспечивает значительную экономию сырь , а именно, кальцинированной соды, получение высокоусво емых фосфорных удобрений фосфатного сырь .provides significant savings in raw materials, namely, soda ash, obtaining highly digestible phosphate fertilizers, phosphate raw materials.
