Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, в частности к обработке зубчатых колес и может быть использовано при чистовой обработке цилиндрических колес с криволинейными по длине зубь ми. Цель изобретени - повышение качества обработки за счет снижени динамических нагрузок. Обработку осуществл ют инструментом, выполненным в виде цилиндрической пальцевой фрезы, ось вращени которой устанавливают с возможностью качани относительно оси, удаленной от оси вращени фрезы на рассто ние, равное сумме радиуса кривизны круговых зубьев и радиуса пальцевой фрезы. При шлифовании круговых зубьев колеса 8 привод т во вращение пальцевую фрезу вокруг собственной оси с требуемой скоростью резани , а затем сообщают движение через кривошипно-кулисный механизм 10, рычаг 11 и регулируемый вал 12 пальцевой фрезе 1, котора совершает качательно-возвратное движение по траектории так, что ее режущие кромки перемещаютс по радиусу кривизны круговых зубьев. При этом обрабатываемое колесо 8 взаимосв занно вращают и поступательно перемещают вдоль касательной на каждом качательном ходе фрезы, когда она выходит из зоны резани (контакта с зубом колеса).
