Abstract
The invention relates to inkjet technology, mainly to pump-ejector installations for the utilization of associated gas. The aim of the invention is to reduce energy consumption when several sources with different pressures are connected to the installation due to their more rational connection. The pump-ejector unit contains an inlet separator (BC) 1 with a pipeline 2 for supplying production of wells, an oil processing unit (UO) 3 connected by a liquid pipeline 4k BC1 and a pipeline 5 diverting water to the pump 6, the discharge nozzle 7 of which is connected to a liquid-gas separator (СнабжGS) 11 and VS 1. The installation is equipped with additional VS 12, each connected to its source of well production and to UO 3, and additional liquid-gas ejectors (ZHGE) 13, each connected to the injection nozzle 7 by liquid 6, output 14 - to the ГGS 11 and the nozzle 15 for supplying the passive medium - each to its own additional sun 12. When the installation is running, the production of wells, depending on pressure, enters sun 1 or additional sun 12 of which the liquid medium enters RF. UO 3 oil is supplied to the consumer, and water is pumped by pump 6 to LGE 8 and additional LGE 13, which pump out gas from Sun 1 and additional Sun 12. In LHE 8, 13, the gas is mixed with water and compressed, and the resulting gas-liquid mixture enters the CGL 11, from which the separated water flows to its intended purpose, and the separated compressed gas flows to the consumer. Thus, the connection of the source of the oil and gas mixture, depending on the pressure to different inlet separators, makes it possible to reduce the energy consumption of the pumping ejector installation during its operation. 1 il.

12.a gas separator 11 and a nozzle 15 for supplying a passive medium — each to its own additional inlet separator 12.
Pump-ejector installation works as follows
Из эжекторов 8 и 13 газожидкостна смесь поступает в жидкостно-газовый сепаратор 11, где она раздел етс , и сжатый газ направл етс потребителю , а жидкость (вода) - по назначению .Production of wells (oil and gas - to the mixture) from several sources, depending on the pressure, enters the inlet separator 1 and additional inlet separators 12, in which the separation of liquid and gas media takes place. The liquid medium enters the oil processing installation 3, from which the processed oil enters the consumer, and water is directed through the EYUDA drainage pipe 5 to the pump 6. The latter, under pressure, supplies water to the liquid-gas ejector 8 and to additional liquid-gas ejectors 13. Liquid gas ejector) 8 and 13 pump out gas that was released during separation from the production of wells in the inlet separator 1 and in the additional inlet separators 12. In a gas-liquid ejector 8 and 13, a gas-liquid mixture is formed and compressed gas. From the ejectors 8 and 13, the gas-liquid mixture enters the liquid-gas separator 11, where it is separated, and the compressed gas is directed to the consumer, and the liquid (water) is directed.
Thus, the connection of sources of an oil and gas mixture depending on pressure to different inlet separators and the pumping of gas from them by an independent ejector makes it possible to reduce the energy consumption during processing and utilization of passing gas in the pump-ejector unit.
