The invention relates to inkjet technology, mainly to installations for utilization of associated petroleum gas.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability.
The drawing shows a diagram of a pump-ejector installation,
Pump-junction installation contains an inlet separator 1 with a line 2 for supplying production of wells and lines 3 and 4 for discharging liquid and gaseous media, a pump 5 connected by an input to a line 3 for discharging liquid medium, a liquid-gas ejector 6 connected by an active nozzle to the discharge nozzle 7 of the pump 5, and a nozzle for supplying a passive medium to the line 4 for evacuating the gaseous medium, and an outlet separator 8 with lines 9-11 for gas and liquid output and a gas-liquid mixture, the latter (11) connected to the outlet of the ejector 6. The unit is equipped with Nia 12 bypass gas regulator 13 pressure after SEB connected at the input to the output of separator 8 and the output - to the 4 withdrawal of the gaseous medium, and the latter is provided with a regulator 14 of pressure to SEB set to the point connecting thereto the line 12 bypass. . Line 2 production wells in the input separator 1 enters the mixture of oil, water and gas. In the separator T, the liquid medium is separated from the gaseous one. Liquid medium through line 3 of the liquid medium inlet enters the inlet of pump 5, which supplies pressurized fluid to the active nozzle of liquid-gas ejector 6. Via line 4 of exhaust gas, ejector 6 pumps out gas from inlet separator 1 and supplies gas-liquid mixture to the output separator 8. In the latter, the separation of liquid and gas. Through line 10, liquid medium is supplied to the consumer, and through line 9 compressed gas is discharged. If there is not enough liquid in the inlet separator 1, a part of the liquid can be supplied to the inlet of the pump 5 from the outlet separator 8. If necessary, it is possible to stop the flow of fluid from the inlet separator 1 to the pump 5, which will be completely supplied with liquid from the outlet separator 8. When This can be either direct supply of liquid to the consumer from the inlet separator 1, or the supply of the entire incoming gas-liquid mixture from the separator 1 to the liquid-gas ejector 6 through line 4 of the gaseous discharge environment.
When reducing the amount of gas in
1the inlet separator 1 below the permissible for operation of the separator 1 pressure regulator 14 closes the gas supply to the ejector 6, and the flow of liquid from the separator 1
13may continue. When line 4 overlaps with pressure regulator 14 at the inlet to ejector b, gas pressure will continue to decrease, which at a certain pressure will cause the regulator to open 13
Таким образом, достигаетс хтабильна pressure of the transfer line 12. In this case, gas from the outlet separator 8 will start to enter the ejector 6, which will prevent the normal operation of the ejector 6 from being disrupted. When the gas pressure in the inlet separator 1 rises to the working value, the pressure regulator 14 opens the gas supply from the separator 1 and the regulator 13 pressure overlaps the flow of gas from the outlet separator 8. Thus, a stable
