Abstract
Предлагается способ очистки бисфенола А путем двустадийной перегонки при 220 - 250С и 0,1 - 50,0 мбар в атмосфере инертного газа с отделением высококипящих компонентов, не подвергающихся перегонке компонентов и вызывающих неустойчивый режим компонентов на первой стадии и низкокипящих компонентов на второй стадии, при этом перегонке подвергают бисфенол А в виде расплава, имеющий чистоту по меньшей мере 90% и содержание фенола меньше 10%, а в процесс рециркулируют фракции, обогащенные низкокипящими компонентами, фенолом и высококипящими компонентами и имеющие содержание бисфенола А больше 92%. При этом фракции бисфенола А, обогащенные низкокипящими компонентами, выводят из процесса в максимальном количестве 5%, а фракции бисфенола А, обогащенные высококипящими компонентами, в максимальном количестве 10%.
Claims (1)
- Предлагается способ очистки бисфенола А путем двустадийной перегонки при 220 - 250oС и 0,1 - 50,0 мбар в атмосфере инертного газа с отделением высококипящих компонентов, не подвергающихся перегонке компонентов и вызывающих неустойчивый режим компонентов на первой стадии и низкокипящих компонентов на второй стадии, при этом перегонке подвергают бисфенол А в виде расплава, имеющий чистоту по меньшей мере 90% и содержание фенола меньше 10%, а в процесс рециркулируют фракции, обогащенные низкокипящими компонентами, фенолом и высококипящими компонентами и имеющие содержание бисфенола А больше 92%. При этом фракции бисфенола А, обогащенные низкокипящими компонентами, выводят из процесса в максимальном количестве 5%, а фракции бисфенола А, обогащенные высококипящими компонентами, в максимальном количестве 10%.
