Abstract
1. Сепарационное устройство для удаления частиц из взвеси в жидкости, содержащее:корпус, имеющий первую камеру и вторую камеру;перегородки или другие средства для создания препятствия, предусмотренные во второй камере для замедления потока жидкости во второй камере;отверстия в корпусе, позволяющие вход жидкости в первую камеру и выход жидкости из первой камеры;средство для создания закручивания жидкости внутри первой камеры;отверстия, обеспечивающие поток жидкости между первой камерой и второй камерами;средство для направления потока жидкости внутри второй камеры, причем суммарный поток во второй камере проходит в направлении, по существу противоположном направлению закручивания потока в первой камере.2. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1, в котором поток в первой камере между входным элементом и выходным элементом по существу свободен от препятствий.3. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости внутри второй камеры создает закручивание жидкости во второй камере.4. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором в корпусе предусмотрена третья камера, причем третья камера имеет отверстия для входа и выхода жидкости по меньшей мере либо из первой камеры, либо из второй камеры, и предусматривается средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере.5. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере создает закручивание жидкости в третьей камере.6. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4 или 5, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере заставляет жидкость течь в том же направлении, в каком протекает поток во второй камере.7
Claims (24)
1. Сепарационное устройство для удаления частиц из взвеси в жидкости, содержащее:
корпус, имеющий первую камеру и вторую камеру;
перегородки или другие средства для создания препятствия, предусмотренные во второй камере для замедления потока жидкости во второй камере;
отверстия в корпусе, позволяющие вход жидкости в первую камеру и выход жидкости из первой камеры;
средство для создания закручивания жидкости внутри первой камеры;
отверстия, обеспечивающие поток жидкости между первой камерой и второй камерами;
средство для направления потока жидкости внутри второй камеры, причем суммарный поток во второй камере проходит в направлении, по существу противоположном направлению закручивания потока в первой камере.
2. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1, в котором поток в первой камере между входным элементом и выходным элементом по существу свободен от препятствий.
3. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости внутри второй камеры создает закручивание жидкости во второй камере.
4. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором в корпусе предусмотрена третья камера, причем третья камера имеет отверстия для входа и выхода жидкости по меньшей мере либо из первой камеры, либо из второй камеры, и предусматривается средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере.
5. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере создает закручивание жидкости в третьей камере.
6. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4 или 5, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости в третьей камере заставляет жидкость течь в том же направлении, в каком протекает поток во второй камере.
7. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4 или 5, в котором первая камера расположена между второй и третьей камерами.
8. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 4, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости во второй камере изменяет на противоположное направление потока жидкости при входе во вторую камеру и в случае, если предусмотрена третья камера, средство для направления потока в третьей камере изменяет на противоположное направление потока жидкости при входе в третью камеру.
9. Сепарационное устройство по п. 4 или 5, в котором первая вторая и третья камеры имеют единую центральную ось.
10. Сепарационное устройство по п. 9, в котором центральная ось ориентирована вертикально, когда жидкость протекает через устройство при использовании.
11. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 4, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости по меньшей мере внутри либо второй камеры, либо, если она предусмотрена, третьей камеры содержит отверстия в камере, имеющие форму искривленных щелей.
12. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 4, в котором средство для направления потока жидкости по меньшей мере внутри либо второй камеры, либо, если она предусмотрена, третьей камеры содержит по меньшей мере один элемент для направления потока, проходящий от стенки камеры рядом по меньшей мере с одним отверстием в стенке камеры.
13. Сепарационное устройство по п. 12, в котором элемент для направления потока или элементы для направления потока образуют наклонный дефлектор, нависающий над каждым отверстием.
14. Сепарационное устройство по п. 12, в котором элемент для направления потока или элементы для направления потока проходят ниже стенки отверстия в камеру, в которую направляется поток.
15. Сепарационное устройство по п. 1 или 4, в котором средство для направления потока внутри второй камеры создает потоки жидкости в противоположных направлениях, и в случае, если предусмотрена третья камера, средство для направления потока жидкости внутри третьей камеры создает потоки жидкости в противоположных направлениях.
16. Сепарационное устройство для удаления частиц из взвеси в жидкости, содержащее:
корпус, имеющий первую камеру и вторую камеру;
отверстия в корпусе, обеспечивающие вход жидкости в первую камеру и выход жидкости из первой камеры;
средство для создания закручивания жидкости в первой камере;
отверстия, обеспечивающие поток жидкости между первой камерой и второй камерой,
причем направление потока жидкости по существу изменяется на противоположное при входе жидкости во вторую камеру, и по меньшей мере часть потока по существу снова поворачивается в противоположном направлении внутри второй камеры.
17. Сепарационное устройство по п. 16, в котором предусматривается третья камера с отверстиями для входа жидкости по меньшей мере либо в первую, либо во вторую камеру и выхода жидкости по меньшей мере либо из первой, либо из второй камеры, и предусматривается средство для создания закручивания жидкости в третьей камере.
18. Сепарационное устройство по п. 17, в котором первая камера расположена между второй и третьей камерами.
19. Сепарационное устройство по п. 17 или 18, в котором первая, вторая и третья камеры имеют единую центральную ось.
20. Сепарационное устройство по п. 19, в котором центральная ось ориентирована вертикально при использовании.
21. Сепарационное устройство по любому из пп. 16-18, в котором средство для создания закручивания жидкости внутри по меньшей мере либо второй камеры, либо в случае, если она предусмотрена, третьей камеры, содержит отверстия в камере, имеющие форму искривленных щелей.
22. Сепарационное устройство по любому из пп. 16-18, в котором средство для создания закручивания жидкости внутри по меньшей мере либо второй камеры, либо в случае, если она предусмотрена, третьей камеры содержит по меньшей мере один элемент для направления потока, проходящий от стенки камеры рядом по меньшей мере с одним отверстием в стенке камеры.
23. Сепарационное устройство по п. 22, в котором элемент для направления потока или элементы для направления потока образуют наклонный дефлектор, нависающий над каждым отверстием.
24. Сепарационное устройство по п. 22, в котором закручивания жидкости в противоположных направлениях создаются по меньшей мере либо во второй камере, либо в случае, если она предусмотрена, в третьей камере.
