Claims (9)
1. Сплав для защиты конструктивного элемента (1, 120, 130, 138, 155) от коррозии и/или окисления при высоких температурах, который содержит следующие элементы, вес.%:
иттрий и/или, по меньшей мере, один
эквивалентный металл из группы, включающей в себя
факультативно доли микроэлементов углерода,
при этом содержание углерода составляет менее 250‰,
содержание кислорода - менее 400‰,
содержание азота - менее 100‰,
содержание водорода - менее 50‰,
2. Сплав по п.1, содержащий, вес.%:
иттрий и/или эквивалентный металл из группы,
3. Сплав по п.1 или 2, состоящий из никеля, кобальта, хрома, алюминия, иттрия и рения.
4. Защитный слой для защиты конструктивного элемента (1) от коррозии и/или окисления при высоких температурах из сплава по пп.1, 2 или 3.
5. Защитный слой по п.4, который содержит максимально 6% по объему хром-рениевых осаждений.
6. Конструктивный элемент, а в частности конструктивный элемент (1, 120, 130, 138, 155) газовой турбины (100), который для защиты от коррозии и/или окисления при высоких температурах содержит защитный слой (7) по п. 5 или 6.
7. Конструктивный элемент по п. 6, в котором на защитный слой (7) нанесен керамический теплозащитный слой (10).
8. Конструктивный элемент по п.6 или 7, в котором подложка (4) конструктивного элемента (1, 120, 130, 138, 155) выполнена на никелевой основе.
9. Конструктивный элемент по п.6 или 7, в котором подложка (4) конструктивного элемента (1, 120, 130, 138, 155) выполнена на кобальтовой основе.
