Abstract

1. Сплав, который содержит следующие элементы, вес.%:24-26 кобальта (Co), в частности 25,12-14 хрома (Cr), в частности 13,10-12 алюминия (Al), в частности11,0,2-0,5, в частности 0,3по меньшей мере одного элемента из группы, включающей в себя скандий и редкоземельные элементы,в частности иттрий (Y),не содержащий тантал (Ta),никель (Ni),не содержащий рений (Re),не содержащий кремний (Si),в частности остаток никель.2. Сплав по п. 1,не содержащий цирконий (Zr), и/илине содержащий титан (Ti), и/илине содержащий галлий (Ga), и/илине содержащий германий (Ge).3. Сплав по п. 1, состоящий из кобальта (Co), хрома (Cr), алюминия (Al), иттрия (Y), никеля (Ni).4. Защитный слой для защиты конструктивного элемента (1) от коррозии и/или окисления, в частности, при высоких температурах, который имеет состав сплава по п. 1 и который, в частности, предусмотрен в виде одинарного слоя.5. Конструктивный элемент, в частности конструктивный элемент (120, 130, 155) газовой турбины (100), в частности, у которого подложка (4) конструктивного элемента (120, 130, 155) выполнена на основе никеля или на основе кобальта, который для защиты от коррозии и окисления при высоких температурах имеет защитный слой (7) по п. 4, в частности имеет только один металлический защитный слой (7) и, в частности, у которого на защитный слой (7) нанесен керамический теплобарьерный слой (10).

Claims (5)

1. Сплав, который содержит следующие элементы, вес.%:
24-26 кобальта (Co), в частности 25,
12-14 хрома (Cr), в частности 13,
10-12 алюминия (Al), в частности11,
0,2-0,5, в частности 0,3
по меньшей мере одного элемента из группы, включающей в себя скандий и редкоземельные элементы,
в частности иттрий (Y),
не содержащий тантал (Ta),
никель (Ni),
не содержащий рений (Re),
не содержащий кремний (Si),
в частности остаток никель.
2. Сплав по п. 1,
не содержащий цирконий (Zr), и/или
не содержащий титан (Ti), и/или
не содержащий галлий (Ga), и/или
не содержащий германий (Ge).
3. Сплав по п. 1, состоящий из кобальта (Co), хрома (Cr), алюминия (Al), иттрия (Y), никеля (Ni).
4. Защитный слой для защиты конструктивного элемента (1) от коррозии и/или окисления, в частности, при высоких температурах, который имеет состав сплава по п. 1 и который, в частности, предусмотрен в виде одинарного слоя.
5. Конструктивный элемент, в частности конструктивный элемент (120, 130, 155) газовой турбины (100), в частности, у которого подложка (4) конструктивного элемента (120, 130, 155) выполнена на основе никеля или на основе кобальта, который для защиты от коррозии и окисления при высоких температурах имеет защитный слой (7) по п. 4, в частности имеет только один металлический защитный слой (7) и, в частности, у которого на защитный слой (7) нанесен керамический теплобарьерный слой (10).
