Claims (14)

1. Подложка твердого носителя катализатора, покрытая «washcoat» композицией, увеличивающей площадь поверхности и имеющей толщину от 5 до 100 мкм, причем указанная композиция включает в себя каталитический компонент, оксид металла и тугоплавкий волокнистый или нитевидный материал, имеющий отношение геометрических размеров длины к толщине больше 5:1.
2. Подложка по п.1, в которой отношение геометрических размеров длины к толщине превышает 50:1.
3. Подложка по п.1, в которой каталитический компонент включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один металл.
4. Подложка по п.3, в которой, по меньшей мере, один металл выбирают из группы, состоящей из благородных металлов, магния, никеля, кобальта, железа, ванадия, меди, молибдена, алюминия, кремния и смесей из любых двух или нескольких указанных металлов.
5. Подложка по п.1, в которой содержание металла доходит до 30 мас.% в расчете на общую массу «washcoat» композиции.
6. Подложка по п.1, в которой «washcoat» композиция обладает реакционной способностью.
7. Подложка по п.1, в которой «washcoat» композиция является пористой или газопроницаемой.
8. Подложка по п.1, которая представляет собой подложку металлического катализатора.
9. Подложка по п.8, которая представляет собой проточный монолит или структуру типа "статический смеситель".
10. Подложка по п.1, в которой волокнистый или нитевидный материал представляет собой волокна гамма-оксида алюминия.
11. Подложка по п.1, в которой волокнистый материал составляет 1-15 мас.% от «washcoat» композиции.
12. Подложка по п.1, в которой оксид металла составляет до 35 мас.% от «washcoat» композиции.
13. Способ получения подложки в соответствии с любым предшествующим пунктом, который включает в себя нанесение на подложку суспензии, содержащей «washcoat» композицию, включающую в себя каталитический компонент, оксид металла и тугоплавкий волокнистый или нитевидный материал, имеющий отношение геометрических размеров длины к толщине больше 5:1, и сушку и прокаливание покрытой подложки.
14. Суспензия, которая включает в себя «washcoat» композицию для использования в способе по п.13, в котором «washcoat» композиция содержит каталитический компонент, оксид металла и тугоплавкий волокнистый или нитевидный материал, имеющий отношение геометрических размеров длины к толщине больше 5:1.
