Claims (10)
1. Способ выращивания плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, характеризующийся выращиванием указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток в диспергированном состоянии с сохранением их недифференцированного состояния и плюрипотентности, с применением жидкой среды и культурального сосуда, имеющего иммобилизованную или нанесенную на твердофазную поверхность субстрата молекулу, которая является адгезивной в отношении указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, без применения клеток-фидеров.
2. Способ переноса гена для плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, характеризующийся применением жидкой среды и культурального сосуда, имеющего иммобилизованную или нанесенную на твердофазную поверхность субстрата молекулу, которая является адгезивной в отношении указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, без применения клеток-фидеров.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, где молекулой, которая является адгезивной в отношении указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, является либо молекула, которая экспрессируется указанными плюрипотентными стволовыми клетками, либо молекула, которая является структурно гомологичной указанной молекуле и обладает способностью гомофильного связывания с указанными плюрипотентными стволовыми клетками.
4. Способ по п.3, где молекулой, которая является адгезивной в отношении указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, является молекула, принадлежащая к семейству кадгеринов.
5. Способ по п.4, где указанной молекулой, принадлежащей к семейству кадгеринов, является Е-кадгерин или молекула, которая имеет структурную гомологию с указанной молекулой, которая содержит домен ЕС1 и один или несколько доменов из домена ЕС2, домена ЕС3, домена ЕС4 и домена ЕС5 Е-кадгерина и которая обладает способностью гомофильного связывания с указанными плюрипотентными стволовыми клетками.
6. Способ по п.5, где указанный Е-кадгерин получен из млекопитающего.
7. Способ по п.6, где указанный Е-кадгерин получен из человека или мыши.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, где молекула, которая является адгезивной в отношении указанных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, слита с Fc-районом иммуноглобулина и иммобилизована на твердофазной поверхности указанного субстрата посредством указанного Fc-района.
9. Способ по п.1 или 2, где указанные плюрипотентные стволовые клетки являются эмбриональными стволовыми клетками (ES-клетками) млекопитающего или эмбриональными половыми клетками (EG-клетками) млекопитающего.
10. Плюрипотентные стволовые клетки, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-9.
