Claims (23)
1. Имплантируемое устройство для регулирования внутренней окружности анатомического отверстия или просвета, содержащее кольцеобразный обод; средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета; средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, позволяющее регулировать окружность указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности; и средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, для поддержания обода в первой указанной окружности, и при регулировке указанного кольцеобразного обода до второй указанной окружности для поддержания кольцеобразного обода в указанной второй окружности; посредством которого окружность указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета может быть отрегулирована путем регулирования окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от указанной первой окружности до указанной второй окружности.
2. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета, содержит множество шипов на указанном кольцеобразном ободе для зацепления ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
3. Имплантируемое устройство по п.2, в котором каждый из указанных шипов ориентирован в согласующемся тангенциальном направлении по отношению к кольцеобразному ободу таким образом, что вращательное движение кольцеобразного обода в первом направлении приведет к сцеплению указанных удерживающих шипов с желаемой тканью, а вращательное движение кольцеобразного обода в противоположном указанному направлении приведет к отцеплению указанных удерживающих шипов от желаемой ткани.
4. Имплантируемое устройство по п.3, в котором каждый из указанных шипов дополнительно содержит крючок на его свободном конце.
5. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета содержит внешний тканевый чехол, покрывающий указанный кольцеобразный обод, через который могут быть наложены швы для подшивания указанного устройства к указанной ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
6. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета содержит множество втулок, располагающихся по периферии указанного кольцеобразного обода.
7. Имплантируемое устройство по п.6, в котором указанные втулки имеют промежуточные суживающиеся участки, вокруг которых и далее через расположенную под ними ткань, могут быть наложены швы, чтобы прикрепить указанный кольцеобразный обод к ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
8. Имплантируемое устройство по п.6, в котором указанные втулки состоят из материала, являющегося достаточно мягким, чтобы шов мог быть наложен через указанную втулку и расположенную под ней ткань, чтобы прикрепить указанный кольцеобразный обод к ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
9. Имплантируемое устройство по п.6, в котором указанные втулки содержат выступы, состоящие из материала, являющегося достаточно мягким, чтобы шов мог быть наложен через указанный выступ и расположенную под ним ткань, чтобы прикрепить указанный кольцеобразный обод на ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
10. Имплантируемое устройство по п.6, в котором указанные втулки содержат выступы, и в котором указанные выступы имеют отверстия, через которые и далее через основную ткань, может быть наложен шов, чтобы прикрепить указанный кольцеобразный обод к ткани вокруг указанного анатомического отверстия или просвета.
11. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, позволяющее регулировать окружность указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности, содержит складки.
12. Имплантируемое устройство по п.6, в котором указанное, устройство включает чередующиеся секции складок и втулок, расположенных по периферии указанного кольцеобразного обода.
13. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанный кольцеобразный обод содержит полую трубку, сформированную в кольцеобразной форме, причем указанная трубка, обладая чередующимися гладкими и складчатыми секциями, располагается вокруг его окружности, в котором указанное средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета, содержит указанную трубку, являющуюся достаточно мягкой, чтобы шов мог быть проведен через указанную трубку и, следовательно, через расположенную под ним ткань; в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, позволяющее регулировать окружность указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности, содержит указанные складчатые секции; и в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, для поддержания указанного обода в виде указанной первой окружности и, при регулировке указанного кольцеобразного обода до второй указанной окружности, для поддержания указанного кольцеобразного обода в виде указанной второй окружности, содержит указанные складчатые секции, являющиеся достаточно жесткими, чтобы с момента, когда указанный кольцеобразный обод устанавливается в данной конфигурации, он стремился оставаться в указанной конфигурации при работе в условиях естественных анатомических усилий в указанном выбранном анатомическом отверстии или просвете.
14. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанный кольцеобразный обод содержит полую трубку, сформированную в кольцеобразной форме, причем указанная трубка имеет чередующиеся гладкие и складчатые секции, расположенные вокруг ее окружности, в котором указанное средство, при помощи которого указанный кольцеобразный обод может быть прикреплен к ткани вокруг анатомического отверстия или просвета, содержит указанную трубку, имеющую участки суженной окружности таким образом, что шов может быть проведен вокруг указанной трубки в указанных участках суженной окружности и, следовательно, через расположенную под ним ткань; в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, делающее возможным регулирование окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности содержит указанные складчатые секции; и в которой указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, для поддержания указанного обода в указанной первой окружности и, при регулировке указанного кольцеобразного обода до второй указанной окружности, для поддержания указанного кольцеобразного обода в виде указанной второй окружности содержит указанные складчатые секции, являющиеся достаточно жесткими, чтобы с момента, когда указанный кольцеобразный обод устанавливается в данной конфигурации, он стремился оставаться в указанной конфигурации при работе в условиях естественных анатомических усилий в указанном выбранном анатомическом отверстии или просвете.
15. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом для обеспечения возможности регулирования окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности содержит зубцы, сформированные на, по меньшей мере, участке указанного кольцеобразного обода; передаточный механизм, зацепляющий указанные зубцы указанного кольцеобразного обода; и указанный передаточный механизм и указанные зубцы расположены таким образом, что поворачивание указанного передаточного механизма производит относительное движение между первым концом указанного кольцеобразного обода и вторым концом указанного кольцеобразного обода для регулирования окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности.
16. Имплантируемое устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее колесо, расположенное тангенциально по отношению к указанному передаточному механизму таким образом, что указанный участок кольцеобразного обода, который находится в зацеплении с указанным передаточным механизмом, проходит между указанным передаточным механизмом и указанным колесом.
17. Имплантируемое устройство по п.15, в котором указанный передаточный механизм установлен в фиксированном положении по отношению к указанному второму концу указанного кольцеобразного обода, и в котором указанные зубцы сформированы примыкающими к указанному первому концу указанного кольцеобразного обода.
18. Имплантируемое устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее средство для поворачивания указанного передаточного механизма при помощи дистанционной передачи таким образом, чтобы указанная окружность указанного имплантата могла быть отрегулирована после закрытия операционных разрезов и восстановления физиологического тока через указанное отверстие или просвет.
19. Имплантируемое устройство по п.18, в котором указанное средство для поворачивания указанного механизма при помощи дистанционной передачи может отделяться от указанного передаточного механизма после завершения регулировок.
20. Имплантируемое устройство по п.1, в котором указанное средство, связанное с указанным кольцеобразным ободом, позволяющее регулировать окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности содержит механизм червячной передачи; и средство, оперативно связанное с первым концом указанного кольцеобразного обода для зацепления указанного механизма червячной передачи таким образом, чтобы вращение указанного механизма червячной передачи вызывало относительное движение между указанным первым концом указанного кольцеобразного обода и кольцеобразным ободом и вторым концом указанного кольцеобразного обода и кольцеобразным ободом для регулирования окружности указанного кольцеобразного обода от первой окружности до второй окружности.
21. Имплантируемое устройство по п.20, в котором указанный механизм червячной передачи имеет первую наклонную головку на его приводимом в движение конце, и дополнительно содержит вал в смещенном положении к указанному механизму червячной передачи, и имеет вторую наклонную головку на его первом конце, причем указанные первая и вторая наклонные головки управляемо зацепляются так, что вращение указанного вала приводит в движение указанный механизм червячной передачи.
22. Имплантируемое устройство по п.21, дополнительно содержащее средство для поворачивания указанного вала при помощи дистанционной передачи так, что указанная окружность указанного имплантата может регулироваться после закрытия хирургических разрезов и восстановления физиологического тока через указанное отверстие или просвет.
23. Имплантируемое устройство по п.22, в котором указанный вал и указанное средство для поворачивания указанного вала при помощи дистанционной передачи могут отделяться от указанного червячного механизма после завершения регулировок.
