Claims (5)
1. Способ трехсгибной фальцовки, в котором перемещают фальцовочный валик (4) с помощью силы упругого упирания к заготовке (12) и по траектории, проходящей вдоль нее, посредством подвижного устройства, снабженного системой управления, отличающийся тем, что упругость достигается посредством этого подвижного устройства.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силу упирания измеряют посредством датчика, выполненного как единое целое с подвижным устройством или включенного в его состав, а выходной сигнал этого датчика подают в систему управления.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве датчика применяют один или несколько двигателей привода, включенных в состав подвижного устройства.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве датчика применяют отдельный датчик, специально установленный между фальцовочным валиком (4) и подвижным устройством.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что фальцовочный валик (4), по меньшей мере, во время заключительного этапа фальцовки, т.е. заключительного загибания, направляют в поперечном направлении получаемого фальца, причем направляющий валик (22) заставляют следовать вдоль направляющей траектории (23) по основанию (13), на котором расположена заготовка (12).
