Claims (5)
- 폴딩 로울러(4)가 제어 시스템을 가지고 있는 이동 디바이스에 의해 워크피스(12)에 따른 경로에서 상기 워크피스(12)에 대해 탄성 압박력으로 이동되는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스에 있어서,상기 탄성은 상기 이동 디바이스에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압박력은 상기 이동 디바이스에 일체화되거나 상기 이동 디바이스에 포함되는 센서로 감지되며, 상기 센서로부터의 출력 신호는 상기 제어 시스템에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이동 디바이스에 포함된 하나 이상의 구동 모터가 센서로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴딩 로울러(4)와 상기 이동 디바이스 사이에 확실하게 배치되는 별도의 센서가 센서로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴딩 로울러(4)는 적어도 폴딩 사이클의 최종 단계, 최종 폴딩 동안, 생성되는 폴드의 측면 방향으로 가이드되며, 가이드 로울러(22)는 상기 워크피스(12)가 있는 베드(13) 상의 가이드 경로(23)를 따르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 폴딩 프로세스.
