Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati 1,1-dioxizi ai acidului 6-aminopenicilanic, cu activitate antibacteriana, cu formula stereochimica generala Ia sau Ib; (vezi formula) în care R este hidrogen sau metil si cînd n este 2, R este -CH2- iar cînd n este 1, R1 este hidrogen, un radical ce formeaza un ester hidrolizabil în conditii fiziologice ales dintre pivaloiloximetil si acetoximetil, o grupa 1,1-dioxopenicilanoiloximetil sau o grupa cu formula: (vezi formula) în care Y este hidrogen, hidroxi, alcanoiloxi cu 2...7 atomi de carbon, alcoxicarboniloxi cu 2...7 atomi de carbon, benzoiloxi sau benzoiloxi monosubstituit cu alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, alcoxi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon sau halogen.
