Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy poliamfolitu pochodnego kwasu dimetylofosfinowego i 5-amino-1,3,3-trimetylocykloheksanometanaminy przedstawionego wzorem 1, znajdującego zastosowanie jako żywica jonowymienna, sorbent do usuwania jonów metali z roztworów i nośnik katalizatorów. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania poliamfolitów pochodnych kwasu dimetylofosfinowego i 5-amino-1,3,3-trimetylocykloheksanometanaminy, który polega na tym, że dwie części molowe kwasu fosfinowego poddaje się reakcji z jedną częścią molową 5-amino-1,3,3-trimetylocykloheksanometanaminy i co najmniej dwiema częściami molowymi formaldehydu zawartego w formalinie lub paraformie, a reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 300 - 373.K, w obecności 0,4 - 1,2 części molowych HCl, aż do przereagowania substratów i produktów pośrednich, po czym nierozpuszczalny w wodzie poliamfolit wydziela się z mieszaniny poreakcyjnej.The application concerns a polyampholite derivative of dimethylphosphinic acid and 5-amino-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexanomethanamine represented by formula 1, which is used as an ion exchange resin, a sorbent for removing metal ions from solutions and a catalyst support. The application also relates to a process for the production of polyamphololites derived from dimethylphosphinic acid and 5-amino-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexanomethanamine, which consists in the fact that two molar parts of phosphinic acid are reacted with one molar part of 5-amino-1,3,3- trimethylcyclohexanomethanamine and at least two molar parts of formaldehyde contained in formalin or paraform, and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 300-373.K, in the presence of 0.4-1.2 mol parts of HCl, until reactants and intermediates, then insoluble in water, polyampolite is separated from the reaction mixture.
