Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy poliamfolitu pochodnego kwasu dimetylofosfinowego i 1-fenyloetyloaminy o wzorze ogólnym 1. Wynalazek obejmuje również sposób wytwarzania chiralnych poliamfolitów pochodnych kwasu dimetylofosfinowego i 1-fenyloetyloaminy, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie jedną część molową kwasu fosfinowego poddaje się reakcji z jedną częścią molową 1-fenyloetyloaminy i co najmniej jedną częścią molową formaldehydu zawartego w substancji wybranej z grupy formalina, trioksan i paraform. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 293-373 K, w wodzie, w obecności aktywatora w postaci kwasu solnego, aż do przereagowania substratów i utworzenia się mieszaniny fosfinometylowanych pochodnych 1-fenyloetyloaminy, którą w drugim etapie poddaje się reakcji polikondensacji z co najmniej jedną częścią molową formaldehydu, a reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 293-373 K, w wodzie, w obecności aktywatora w postaci kwasu, aż do zakończenia polikondensacji i utworzenia się chiralnego poliamfolitu, który w trzecim etapie poddaje się dosieciowaniu co najmniej 0,5 części molowych formaldehydu i tak otrzymany chiralny poliamfolit wydziela się z mieszaniny poreakcyjnej.The invention relates to a polyampholite derivative of dimethylphosphinic acid and 1-phenylethylamine of general formula 1. The invention also includes a process for the preparation of chiral polyamolytolites derived from dimethylphosphinic acid and 1-phenylethylamine, which consists in the first stage that one molar part of phosphinic acid is reacted with one part molar 1-phenylethylamine and at least one molar portion of formaldehyde contained in the substance selected from the group formalin, trioxane and paraform. The reaction is carried out at a temperature of 293-373 K, in water, in the presence of an activator in the form of hydrochloric acid, until the reactants react and the formation of a mixture of phosphinomethylated derivatives of 1-phenylethylamine, which in the second stage is subjected to a polycondensation reaction with at least one molar part of formaldehyde , and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 293-373 K, in water, in the presence of an activator in the form of acid, until the end of polycondensation and the formation of chiral polyampholite, which in the third stage is subjected to a crosslinking of at least 0.5 mol parts of formaldehyde and thus obtained the chiral polypholyte separates from the reaction mixture.
