Abstract

Se refiere a un peptido que comprende una secuencia de aminoacidos seleccionada entre el grupo que consiste en la secuencia SEQ ID NO: 1-289, SEQ ID NO: 305 y SEQ ID NO: 306 y secuencias variantes de las mismas que son homologas en un 88% a las secuencias mencionadas; y en que dicha variante se une a una o varias moleculas del complejo mayor de histocompatibilidad (MHC) y/o induce la reaccion cruzada de linfocitos T con dicho peptido variante. Tambien se refiere a proteinas, acidos nucleicos y una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable del peptido. Dicho peptido es util para el tratamiento de enfermedades proliferativas tales como glioblastoma, cancer de mama, cancer colorrectal, entre otros
