Abstract

El propósito de la presente invención es obtener un cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma que tenga rigidez, que es la característica del espumado por inyección, mediante el uso de un método de moldeo denominado moldeo por inyección de espuma, y que tenga amortiguación, que es una característica que no podría obtenerse con un cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma convencional y en el cual la blandura se siente al empujar un cuerpo moldeado de espuma con un dedo. La presente invención se refiere a un cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma compuesto de una composición de resina a base de propileno, el cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma se caracteriza porque: cuando se realiza una prueba de flexión en tres puntos, en la cual se utiliza una muestra obtenida cortando el cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma en un tamaño de 50 x 150 mm y se aplica una fuerza a la posición central de un intervalo de soporte de 100 mm con un penetrador a una velocidad de flexión de 50 mm/min, el gradiente elástico de flexión, que se evalúa de acuerdo con la norma JIS K 7221-2, en una "curva carga-deflexión" obtenida cuando la deflexión es de 0-10 mm está dentro del intervalo de 27-1,000 (N/cm); y cuando se realiza una prueba en la cual se aplica una fuerza (carga) a una parte de la superficie plana del cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma con un penetrador circular que tiene un diámetro de 4 mm y una punta plana a una velocidad de 1 mm/min y el penetrador circular es así empujado dentro del cuerpo moldeado, el gradiente elástico de empuje, que es un gradiente elástico en el momento de ser empujado y se evalúa de acuerdo con la norma JIS K 7220, en una "curva fuerza-cantidad de deformación" obtenida cuando la cantidad de reducción del espesor del cuerpo moldeado por inyección de espuma es de 0-10 %, está dentro del intervalo de 5-120 (N/mm).
