Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de medicion del lado de trabajo y un dispositivo de medicion de posicion del lado de accionamiento para medir directamente las posiciones de los calces del rodillo en una direccion de laminacion, y las posiciones de los rodillos de trabajo superior e inferior (110A), (110B) y los rodillos de apoyo superior e inferior (120A), (120B) en la direccion de laminacion se ajustan al punto cero o posiciones predeterminadas. Alternativamente, se calcula un cambio causado en el acunamiento de tira debido a un diminuto cruce de los ejes de los rodillos de trabajo (810A), (810B) y rodillos de apoyo (820A), (820B), y las cantidades de nivelacion de un dispositivo de cilindro de reduccion de laminacion del lado de trabajo (870A) y un dispositivo de cilindro de reduccion de laminacion del lado de accionamiento (870B) se ajustan para hacer el borde de la tira igual o menor a un valor predeterminado. Con esta disposicion, la asimetria bilateral (acunamiento de tira) de la distribucion del espesor de un material laminado se puede ajustar facilmente incluso en el caso en que las posiciones de los calces del rodillo en la direccion de laminacion se cambian debido al desgaste de los diversos componentes, incluyendo un grupo de revestimientos.
