Abstract

Esta lámina de acero tiene una composición química específica y está provista de una estructura representada, en términos de relación de área, por 0 a 30% de ferrita y 70 a 100% de bainita. Cuando un grano de cristal se define como una región que está rodeada por límites de grano que tienen una desorientación de 15° o más y para la cual el diámetro equivalente del círculo es 0.3 µm o más, la proporción de granos de cristal que tienen una desorientación intragranular de 5 a 14° en relación con todos los granos de cristal es de 20 a 100% en términos de relación de área. La densidad numérica del límite de grano de la solución sólida de C o la densidad numérica del límite del grano de una solución sólida de C y una solución sólida de B es 1 partícula/nm2 a 4.5 partículas/nm2 inclusive. El tamaño de partícula promedio de la cementita precipitada en los límites de grano es no mayor que 2 µm.
