Abstract

El propósito de la presente invención es proveer una junta de soldadura fuerte que tiene excelente resistencia a la tracción (TSS y CTS), y un método de fabricación de la misma. Una junta de soldadura fuerte se fabrica de la siguiente manera: después de que un ensamble de placas (200) compuesto por la interposición de un material de relleno (230) entre las placas de acero (210, 220) se calienta a por lo menos la temperatura de Ac3 de las placas de acero (material base), y la temperatura de Ac3 de las regiones de las placas de acero cerca del material de relleno se eleva para exceder la temperatura de Ac3 de las placas de acero (material base), se realiza un paso de estampado en caliente, en el cual una temperatura de inicio del revenido X no excede la temperatura de Ac3 de las placas de acero (material base).
