Abstract
En un método de soldadura por puntos de resistencia, se realizan soldadura de prueba y soldadura real en las cuales un patrón de corriente se divide en dos o más etapas. En la soldadura de prueba, una corriente constante de un valor diferente se hace pasar en cada etapa, y una variación en el tiempo de una cantidad instantánea de calor generado por unidad de volumen y una cantidad acumulada de calor generado por unidad de volumen se almacenan como un valor objetivo. En la soldadura real posterior, cuando una cantidad de variación en el tiempo de una cantidad instantánea de calor generado por unidad de volumen se desvía durante cualquier etapa de los resultados de la soldadura de prueba, una cantidad de paso de corriente se controla para compensar la diferencia durante un tiempo de soldadura restante en la etapa. En la soldadura de prueba, 0.3 x Ix = Ia < Ix, donde Ia es la corriente en la primera etapa, e Ix es la corriente en segunda y posteriores etapas.
