Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para someter a combustión combustible y oxidante, con gran eficiencia y con baja generación de NO(x), caracterizado porque comprende: (A) inyectar en una zona de combustión combustible y oxidante en un chorro rico en oxidante, a uaa velocidad suficiente para crear una presión reducida y, consecuentemente una zona de fuerte circulación dentro de la zona de combustión próxima al chorro rico en oxidante; (B) someter a combustión el combustible y el oxidante dentro del chorro rico en oxidante, para producir productos de combustión en un chorro diluido con oxidante; (C) introducir combustible dentro de la zona de recirculación y mezclar combustible y productos de combustión dentro de la zona de recirculación; (D) aspirar la mezcla de combustible y productos de combustión, dentro del chorro rico en oxidante; y (E) someter a combustión la mezcla diluida resultante en una llama secundaria difusa en la periferia del chorro rico en oxidante para producir más productos de combustión.
