Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un emballage d'articles absorbants duquel peut être retiré facilement un article d'une paire d'articles absorbants et dans lequel l'autre article restant peut être facilement et hygiéniquement stocké, sans que l'article absorbant ne se froisse ou ne durcisse. Dans la première étape, un premier et un second coussinet d'allaitement (2(i), 3(i)) sont fournis sur une bande de feuille d'emballage (29). Dans la deuxième étape, le premier et le second coussinet d'allaitement sont fournis dans un état tel que le premier coussinet d'allaitement (2(ii)) soit déplacé d'un quart de sa hauteur (h) dans le sens de la longueur (y) par rapport à la ligne centrale horizontale (32) vers le bord supérieur (30), tandis que le second coussinet d'allaitement (3(ii)) est déplacé d'un quart de sa hauteur (h) dans le sens de la longueur (y) vers le bord inférieur (31). Dans la troisième étape, le premier et le second coussinet d'allaitement (2, 3 (iii)) sont pliés en deux vers la ligne centrale horizontale (32) respectivement depuis le bord supérieur et le bord inférieur (30, 31). Dans la quatrième étape, les bords supérieur et inférieur (30, 31) de la bande de feuille d'emballage (29) sont pliés vers la ligne centrale horizontale (32). Dans la cinquième étape, une zone de liaison (20) est formée entre le premier et le second coussinet d'allaitement (2, 3(v)) et découpée le long d'une ligne de coupe (33).
