Abstract

전자밸브(3)를 탑지한 매니폴드베이스(2)의 외부로부터 조작가능한 위치에, 탑재한 전자밸브(3)를 전원으로부터 차단하기 위한 전기스위치(12)를 설치하는 것에 의해, 그 전자밸브(3)를 설치장소에 있어서 전원으로부터 절단하는 것이 가능하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 압력유체를 전환하기 위한 전자밸브와, 그 전자밸브를 탑재하기 위한 매니폴드베이스를 보유하고, 상기 매니폴드베이스가, 외부로부터 조작가능한 위치에, 탑재한 전자밸브를 전원으로부터 차단하기 위한 전기스위치를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브와 매니폴드베이스가, 전자밸브에 설치된 수전단자와 매니폴드베이스에 설치된 급전단자와의 결합에 의해서 전기적으로 자유롭게 접속가능한 상태로 되어 있어서, 상기 급전단자가 상기 전기스위치에 의해서 전원으로부터 절단되는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전원밸브 매니폴드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드베이스가, 복수의 전wk밸브를 탑재가능함과 동시에, 각 전자밸브와 대응하는 위치에 상기 전기스위치를 개별로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드베이스가, 전자밸브마다 분할되어서 상호 연이어 설치가능한 분할형의 매니폴드베이스에 있어서, 1개의 전자밸브가 탑재됨과 동시에, 그 전자밸브에 대응하는 1개의 전기스위치를 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전자밸브를 1개씩 탑재한 복수의 분할형 매니폴드베이스와, 각 전자밸브에 일괄하여 급전하기 위한 중계블록을 구비하고, 상기 중계블록이 전원과 자유롭게 접속가능한 상태의 중계단자를 보유하고 있어서, 그 중계단자와 각 매니폴드베이스의 급전단자가 상호 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기스위치가, 매니폴드베이스의 상면의 전자밸브탑재부에 인접하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기스위치가, 매니폴드베이스의 후단면에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브가, 수동으로 전환조작가능한 수동조작수단을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치부착 전자밸브 매니폴드.
