Abstract

전자밸브의 접속상태나 동작상태등을 손쉽게 점검하는 것이 가능한 간편한 구성의 전자밸브 제어장치를 얻는 것에 목적이 있다.
집중적으로 설치된 복수의 전자밸브(11)와, 제어기로부터의 제어신호에 의해 상기한 각 전자밸브를 온ㆍ오프 제어하는 직렬장치(2)의 사이에, 각 전자밸브(11)에 대응하는 복수의 수동조작 스위치(30a∼30n)를 보유하는 스위치장치(3)를 접속하고, 각 수동조작 스위치를, 전자밸브(11) 직렬장치의 출력단자(21a∼21n)에 접속하는 제1전환위치와, 전원단자(20a,20b)에 접속하는 제2전환위치로 전환조작이 가능하다는 것을 구성으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 전자밸브 제어장치의 한가지 실시예를 표시하는 사시도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 전자밸브 제어장치의 전기 회로도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 압력유체를 제어하기 위해 집중적으로 설치된 복수의 전자밸브와, 제어기로부터의 제어신호에 의해 상기한 각 전자밸브를 온ㆍ오프 제어하는 직렬장치와, 상기한 전자밸브와 직렬장치의 사이에 전기적으로 접속된 스위치장치를 구비하고, 상기한 스위치장치가, 각 전자밸브에 대응하는 복수의 수동조작 스위치를 보유하고 있고, 각 수동조작 스위치가, 전자밸브를 직렬장치의 출력단자에 접속하는 전환위치와, 전원단자에 접속하는전환위치로 전환조작이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브 제어장치.
  2. 청구항 제1 기재의 상기한 전자밸브와 스위치장치 및 직렬장치가 공통의 부착부재위에 집중적으로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브 제어장치.
  3. 청구항 제1과 제2기재의 스위치장치에 있어서 각 수동조작 스위치가. 수동조작으로 연동해서 온ㆍ오프하는 서브스위치를 각각 보유하고, 이들 서브스위치가, 수동조작 스위치의 전환상태를 검출하기 위해 검출단자 사이에 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브 제어장치.
  4. 청구항 제1과 제3기재의 어느 것이든 스위치장치가 착탈자재로 되어 있고, 그 스위치장치를 떼어 내는 것에 의해 전자밸브와 직렬장치가 직접 접속이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브 제어장치.
