Abstract

본 발명은 오토바이 또는 자동차 등의 2륜형 바퀴의 회전수를 스피드미터등으로 전달하기 위한, 부착작업성이 용이하고 검출 노이즈를 발생시키지 않은 전자식 회전 검출기를 제공하는 것으로서, 하우징(1)은 자축이 삽입되는 삽입부(1a)를 구비하여 상기 차축에 장착되고, 마트네트(6)는 상기 차축에 장착되는 바퀴에 동기하여 회전하고 삽입부(1a)가 끼워지며, 자기변환소자(3)는 마그네트(6)의 자극변화를 검출하고, 하우징(1)은 삽입부(1a)둘레에 형성되며, 마그네트(6)를 수납하는 제1수납부(1b)와 자기 변환소자(3)를 마그네트(6)에 근접하도록 설치하는 제2수납부(1d)를 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 차축이 삽입되는 삽입부를 구비하고, 상기 차축에 장착된 하우징; 상기 차축에 장착된 바퀴에 동기하여 회전하도록 삽입부가 끼워지는 마그네트; 및 상기 하우징의 상기 마그네트에 근접하는 곳에 설치된 자기변환소자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
  2. 차축이 삽입되는 삽입부를 구비하고, 상기 차축에 장착된 하우징; 상기 차축에 장착된 바퀴에 동기하여 회전하도록 삽입부가 끼워지는 마그네트; 및 상기 마그네트의, 자극 변환을 검출하는 자기 변환소자를 구비하고, 상기 하우징에는 상기 삽입부의 둘레에 형성되고, 상기 마그네트를 수납하는 제1수납부 및 상기 자기변환소자를 상기 마그네트에 근접하도록 설치하는 제2수납부를 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
  3. 차축이 삽입되는 통 형상의 삽입부를 구비하고, 상기 차축에 장착된 하우징;상기 차축에 장착된 바퀴에 동기하여 회전시키기 위한 회전 지지판; 및 상기 삽입부가 끼워지는 원통부를 갖고, 상기 원통부에 착자된 마그네트와 상기 원통부에 착자된 자극의 변화를 검출하고 회로기판에 설치된 자기 변환소자를 구비하여, 상기 하우징에는 상기 삽입부의 둘레에 형성되어 상기 마그네트를 수납하는 제1수납부 및 상기 자기변환소자를 설치하기 위한 제2수납부를 형성함과 동시에 상기 회로기판을 상기 제2수납부에 형성된 안내부를 따라서 설치함으로써 상기 자기변환 소자가 상기 마그네트에 근접하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1수납부의 내부벽에 상기 제2수납부에설치된 상기 자기변환소자의 검출면에 대응하는 자기검출면을 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상기 제1수납부의 둘레에 상기 바퀴 방향으로 돌출하는 지지판과 상기 지지판으로부터 바깥쪽으로 인출된 지지단부를 형성하고, 상기 지지판을 따라서 상기 지지단부 상에 설치된 탄성부재를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재의 측면에 홈부를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출기.
