Abstract

본 발명은 장기간동안 반복사용하여도 특성이 안정하고, 사용 환경을 크게 변화시켜도 특성의 변동이 작으며, 양호한 품질의 영상이 안정하게 얻어질 수 있는 적층형 유기 감광체에 관한 것으로서, 상기 감광체는 전도성 기판(1)상에 가용성 폴리아미드 수지와 노말부틸화멜라민 수지의 혼합수지를 주성분으로 하는 하부코팅층(2), 또는 아나타제-형 이산화티탄, 또는 표면이 아미노실란으로 처리된 아나타제-형 이산화티탄을 함유하는 수지로 이루어진 하부코팅층(2)을 구비시키고, 그 위에 유기재료를 주재료로 하는 전하 발생층(3) 및 전하운송층(4)을 적층시킴으로써 제조된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전도성 기판상에 가용성 폴리아미드 수지와 노말부틸화 멜라민 수지를 주성분으로 하는 하부코팅층이 설치되고, 그 위에 유기재료를 주재료로 하는 전하 발생층, 전하 운송층이 순차적으로 적층되는 전자사진 감광체.
  2. 전도성 기판상에, 수지중에 금속산화물 미립자를 분산, 함유하는 하부코팅층이 설치되고, 그 위에 유기재료를 주재료로 하는 전하 발생층, 전하 운송층이 순차적으로 적층되는 전자사진 감광체에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 미립자가 아나타제-형 이산화티탄 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 아나타제-형 이산화티탄 미립자의 표면이 아미노실란 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 하부코팅층에 함유되는 금속산화물 미립자의 함량이 수지 100중량부에 대해 50 내지 150중량부의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 하부코팅층을 형성하는 수지가 가용성 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 하부코팅층을 형성하는 수지가 노말부틸화 멜라민 수지를 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 하부코팅층을 형성하는 수지가 가용성 폴리아미드 수지와 노말부틸화 멜라민 수지를 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광제.
