Abstract

본 발명은 건축물의 내장바탕재로 사용하는 보드에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우 건축물의 내장보드는 석고나 압면들을 주재료로한 보드를 사용하고 있는바 보드에 포함된 석면등의 중금속에 의한 공해문제를 야기하고 전자파 등을 효과적으로 제거할 수 없었으며, 콘크리트건물이 갖는 이질감을 효과적으로 제거하여 쾌적한 환경을 조성하는데 곤란함이 있었다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 것으로, 황토흙 분말, 폐지분말 섬유, 분말소석고 및 발포제와 코팅용바인다를 첨가한 진흙배합제와 진흙배합재의 양면에 부착하는 종이로 구성한 흙판 보드를 새로이 제시한다.
상기 구성에 의한 흙보드는 보온·보습효과가 우수하고, 쾌적하여 건축용 내장재로서 폭넓게 사용할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 보드의 사시도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 보드의 구성관계를 보인 부분절개사시도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 보드의 제조 공정보,
제4도는 제3도의 평면상태로.

Claims (1)

  1. 중량비로 황토흙 분말 60-70％, 폐지분말 섬유 10~30%, 분말소석고 10-20％ 비율로 혼합하고, 상기 혼합가루에 대하여 70-85％ 물과 발포제 및 코팅용바인다를 미량첨가하여 배합한 진흙배합재(1)를 제조하고, 상기 진흙배합재의 상하에 표면지(2) 및 이면지(3)가 연속하여 부착되도록 컨베이어 벨트상에 롤형태의 이면지, 진흙배합재 및 롤형태의 표면지를 차례로 제공하고, 컨베이어 벨트의 말단부에서 일정규격으로 절단한 후 건조하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 내장바탕재 흙보드.
