Claims (10)

  1. 수경성결합제와 골재의 혼합물에 수용성 셀룰로오즈에테르와, 셀룰로오즈에테르의 중량을 기준하여 동량 또는 다량의 플란티 점토와의 실질적으로 무수인 균질혼합물을 소량 가함을 특징으로하여, 증가량의 골재의 작업이용성을 위해 수경성결합제와 다량의 골재를 함유하는 시멘트 플라스터 조성물의 능력을 증가시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 균질혼합물이 균질혼합물의 총중량을 기준하여, 약 10 내지 약50중량 %의 셀룰로오즈에테르와 약 50 내지 약 90중량 %의 플래티점토로 구성되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 균질혼합물중의 수용성 셀룰로오즈 에테르는 메틸셀룰로오즈이며, 플래티점토는 카올린 점토인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 균질 혼합물중의 수용성 셀룰로오즈에 테르는 하이드록시프로폭실 몰 치환도가 약 0.05 내지 약 0.4이며, 메톡실 치환도가 약 1.1 내지 약 2.0인 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈이고, 플래티점토는 카올린 점토인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 균질혼합물이 균질혼합물의 총중량에 기준하여, 약 25중량 %의 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈와 약 75중량 %의 카올린점토로 구성되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 균질혼합물이 시멘트플라스터 조성물중의 건조성분의 총중량을 기준하여 약 0.05내지 약 0.35중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수경성결합제가 포틀랜드 시멘트이며, 골재는 미세구조모래인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리를 형성하는데 충분한 양의 물을 수경성결합제와 골재 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 가소제를 수경성 결합제와 골재의 슬러리에 가하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 가소제는 수화석회이며, 수경성 결합제는 포틀랜드 시멘트이고, 골재는 미세구조모래인 방법.
