Abstract

사이에 석고층(14)이 위치하는 한쌍의 평행한 같은 공간에 걸치는 섬유시트(12)와 (13)을 포함하는 석고판(11)이 위치한다. 시트(12)는 공기흐름에 의해 세정되고, 포일이 가열된 롤러(19)의 사용에 의해 시트(12)에 적용된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 사이에 한층의 석고가 위치하는 한쌍의 평행한 같은 공간에 걸치는 섬유시트를 포함하는 석고판 시트를 제공하는 단계; 느슨한 섬유를 제거하기 위하여 석고판의 한 주요면에 공기가 흐르게 하는 단계; 포일층의 한쪽에 운반층이 적용되고, 다른쪽에 접착층이 적용되는 포일층을 포함하는 시트물질을 공급하는 단계; 상기 접착층이 석고판과 결합하도록 상기 석고판의 상기 한 주요면에 상기 시트물질을 적용하는 단계; 및 상기 하나의 주요면에 포일층을 고정시키기 위해서 시트물질에 압력과 열을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 건축패널을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압력과 열이 롤러중 하나가 가열되며 가열된 롤러는 시트물질과 맞물리는 한쌍의 협력롤에 의해 시트물질과 석고판에 가해지는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 운반층은 석고판이 롤러들 사이를 빠져나옴에 따라 제거도는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트물질이 포일층에 겹치는 보호층을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포일층이 착색된 또는 금속화된 중합체인 방법.
  6. 사이에 석고층이 있는, 한쌍의 평행한 같은 공간에 걸치는 섬유시트와 한 포일시트가 상기 석고판 중 적용되는 건축패널.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 포일층에 겹치는 보호층을 추가로 포함하는 석고판.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 포일이 착색되거나 금속화된 중합체인 석고판.
  9. 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 앞서 기술된 바와 같은 포일이 적용된 석고판.
  10. 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 앞서 기술된 바와 같은 포일이 적용된 석고판을 제조하는 방법.
