Abstract

탄소 재료를 0.1~30중량%함유하는 불소 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 성형체의 표면이 불소화되어 이루어지는 불소 수지 성형체, 성형체는 탄소 재료를 0.1~30중량% 함유하는 불소 수지 조성물을 성형시키고 성형체의 표면을 불소 화합물을 함유하는 반응성 기체로 불소화하여 제조된다. 본 발명의 성형체는 대전 방지능과 비점착성을 갖는다.

Claims (9)

  1. 탄소재료를 0.1~30중량% 함유하는 불소 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 성형체의 표면이 불소화되어서 이루어지는 불소 수지 성형체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불소 수지가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌,테트라플루오로에틸렌과, 이것과 공중합 가능한 적어도 1종의 다른 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 단량체와의 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 및 폴리 비닐리덴플루오로라이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 불소 수지 성형체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 봉상, 블록상, 판상, 용기상, 원통상, 시이트상 또는 필름상인 불소 수지 성형체.
  4. 탄소재료를 0.1~30중량%함유하는 불소 수지 조성물의 성형체를 수득한 후, 그 표면을 불소원자를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어지는 반응가스로 불소처리하는 것을 포함하는 불소 수지 성형체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 불소 수지가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과, 이것과 공중합 가능한 적어도 1종의 다른 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 단량체와의 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 및 폴리 비닐리덴플루오로라이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 불소 수지 성형체의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 성형체가 봉상, 블록상, 판상, 용기상, 원통상, 시이트상, 또는 필름상인 불소 수지 성형체의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 불소화 처리가 성형체의 표면을 예비 산화시킨후, 불소 원자를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어지는 반응 가스를 성형체에 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 불소 수지 성형체의 제조방법.
  8. 금속제 롤러의 외표면에 제3항 기재의 시이트상 또는 필름상 불소 수지 성형체가 설치되어 이루어지는 전자 사진 장치용 정착 롤러.
  9. 금속제 롤러의 외표면에 탄소 재료를 0.1~30중량%함유하는 불소 수지 조성물을 시이트상 또는 필름상으로 성형하고, 그 표면을 불소 원자를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어지는 반응 가스로 불소화 처리 하는 것을 포함하는 전자 사진 장치용 정착 롤러의 제조방법.
