Abstract

본 발명은, 주로 수소, 이산화탄소 및 물로 이루어지며 진공이 걸린후에 자켓중에 존재하는 잔류 기체를 수착하는 물질로서, 산화 바륨(BaO)과 산화 팔라듐(PdO) 및/또는 루테늄, 로듐, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 및 은으로부터 선택된 신규한 물질의 다른 산화물을 함유하는 액체, 특히 수성 및/또는 유기 액체를 보유하는 보온 용기에 적합한 진공 절연 자켓에 관한 것이다.

Description

액체, 특히 수성 및/또는 유기 액체를 보유하는 보온 용기에 적합한 진공 절연 자켓(INSULATING VACUUM JACKET SUITABLE FOR THERMAL VESSELS CONTAINING LIQUIDS AND IN PARTICULAR AQUEOUS AND/OR ORGANIC LIQUIDS)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 절연 자켓을 갖는 보온병의 단면도이고,
제2도는 상기 자켓에 진공을 걸기 위한 방법에 배치 계획도이고,
제3도, 4도 및 5도는 실시예의 시험 결과를 나타낸 도표이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 주로 수소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소 및 물로 이루어지며 상기 자켓내에 존재하는 잔류 기체를 수착하기 위한 물질로서, 산화 바륨(BaO)과 산화 팔라듐(PdO) 및/또는 루테늄, 로듐, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 및 은으로부터 선택된 귀금속의 다른 산화물과의 조합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체, 특히 수성 및/또는 유기 액체를 보유하는 보온 용기에 적합한 진공 절연 자켓.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔라듐 또는 다른 금속 산화물이 담지된 형태로 존재됨을 특징으로 하는 자켓.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 팔라듐과 다른 귀금속 산화물이 산화 루테늄임을 특징으로 하는 진공 절연 자켓.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 담체가 10 내지 600㎡/g의 표면적(구멍 직경은 1 내지 100 나노미터)을 가지며, 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카리트 및 티타늄-실리카리트로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 진공 절연 자켓.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조합물은 분말의 형태로 존재됨을 특징으로 하는 진공 절연 자켓.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조합물은 펠렛형, 과립형, 고리형 및 버얼 안장형의 형태로 존재됨을 특징으로 하는 절연 진공 자켓.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담지된 산화 팔라듐은 수용성 팔라듐염, 특히 염화물 또는 질산염의 수성액으로부터, 담체 존재에서 알칼리성 용액으로 침전시켜 얻어진 형태로 존재됨을 특징으로 하는 절연 진공 자켓.
  8. 먼저 분말 현태의 담체를 건식 함침기술에 따라 팔라듐염의 수성액에 의해 함침시키는 단계; 이렇게 해서 함침된 분말을 알칼리성 용액으로 처리하는 단계; 얻어진 생성물을 여과하여 걸러서 분말로 만드는 단계; 그리고 BaO 분말과 상호 혼합시켜서, 형성된 혼합물을 펠렛 또는 과립형태로 압축시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제7항에 있어서의 조합물의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 PdP:BaO의 질량비가 1:1 내지 1:200인 알루미나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 따른 절연 진공 자켓에 의해 열적으로 절연됨을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 보유하기에 적합한 보온 용기.
