Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 NOx 방출을 위해 공연비를 리치로 하는 주기 및 리치시간을 NOx 흡수제의 열화 상태에 따라서 제어하는 것으로, 기관 배기 통로내에 NOx 흡수제(18)를 배치한다. NOx 흡수제(18) 하류의 기관 배기 통로내에 O2센서(22)를 배치하여 상기 O2센서(22)를 배치하여 상기 O2센서(22)의 출력 신호에서 NOx 흡수제(18)의 열화 상태를 검출한다. NOx 흡수제(18)에서 NOx를 방출시키기 위해 혼합기의 공연비를 리치로 하는 주기 및 이때 리치 시간을 NOx 흡수제(18)가 열화되는 만큼 짧게 된다.

Claims (2)
- 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비가 린(희박)일 때에 NOx 흡수하며, 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비가 리치(농후)로 되면 흡수한 NOx를 방출하는 NOx 흡수제를 기관 배기 통로내에 배치하며, NOx 흡수제에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비를 시간 간격을 두고 반복하여 린에서 리치로 일시적으로 변환하여 NOx 흡쉐에 흡수되어 있는 NOx를 방출 시키도록 한 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치에 있어서, NOx 흡수제의 열화 상태를 검출하는 열화 상태 검출 수단과, NOx 흡수제에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비를 린에서 리치로 변환하는 주기를 NOx 흡수제의 열화 상태가 높게 될수록 짧게 되는 리치 주기 변경수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
