Abstract

본 발명은 목적은, NOx의 발생을 억제한 린번 시스템을 공시(供試)하는 것이다.
엔진의 운전조건을 검출하고, 공급하는 공연비를 변화설정하는 수단, 엔진의 배기관에 설치되는 배기가스중의 우해성분을 정화하는 촉매수단으로 되어있다.
3원촉매를 사용한 공연비의 제어를 적절하게 행하는 것으로, 린 공연비 설정 조건에서의 NOx를 환원정화할 수가 있다.
따라서, 종래 3원촉매와 NOx환원촉매의 2개의 촉매 콘버터가 필요했던 시스템의 감소화, 코스트 저감등이 가능하게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 표시하는 도면, 제2도는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 표시하는 도면, 제3도는 본 발명에서 사용하는 촉매의 공연비와 촉매정화 성능의 관계를 표시하는 도면, 제4도는 본 발명에서 사용하는 촉매의 공연비와 NOx환원 성능을 표시하는 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 엔진의 연소상태를 제어하고, 연소의 공연비를 제어하는 동시에 배기계에 알루미나 담체에 적어도 Rh,Pt(and/or Pd) 및 La의 금속을 담지한 NOx를 환원하는 기능을 갖는 촉매를 장착한 것에 있어서, 엔진에 공급 공연비를 엔진의 운전상태를 표시하는 패라메터 및 또는 소정운전의 경과시간에 관한 인자에 의해 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 공연비는 한편은 스토이키어 및 그것에 의해 리치인 타편은 린상태(A/F=22정도)이며, 이것들의 상기 인자 및/또는 패라메터에 의해 각각 소정시간으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 제어방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 공연비의 린과 스토이키어 및 그것에 의해 리치 상태과의 시간비(K)는, 엔진에서 배출되는 가스의 값과 배기가스의 규제처 및 촉매의 정화율에 근거하여 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 제어방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 린과 스토이키어와의 시간비(K)는, 엔진의 운전 조건에 의해 가변적으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 제어방법.
  5. 엔진의 연소상태를 제어하고, 연소의 공연비를 제어하는 동시에 배기계에 알루미나 담체에 적어도 Rh,Pt(and/or Pd) 및 La의 금속을 담지한 NOx를 환원하는 기능을 갖는 촉매를 장착하는데 있어서, 엔진에의 공급 공연비를 엔진의 운전상태를 표시하는 패러메터 및/또는 소정 운전의 경과시간에 관한 인자에 의해 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 제어방법.
