Abstract

본 발명은 고체 전해질 이온 또는 혼합 전도체의 막과 극저온의 아르곤 층을 사용하여 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름으로부터 고순도의 생산등급 아르곤을 정제하고 재생하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름으로부터 생산등급 아르곤을 정제하고 재생하는 방법으로서, 78 내지 140의 평형 단계 및 환류 수단을 갖는 충전된 아르곤 층에 아르곤을 함유한 흐름을 유입시키는 유입 단계와, 상기 아르곤 층으로부터 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 회수하여 SELIC막과 회수된 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 접촉시키는 접촉 단계와, 그리고 상기 접촉 단계로부터 약10ppm 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 생산등급 아르곤을 재생하는 단계를 포함하고 있으며, 그리고 본 발명에 따른 장치는 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름으로부터 생산등급 아르곤을 정제하고 재생하는 장치로서, 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름의 공급원과, 78 내지 140의 평형 단계에서 작동가능하고 내부에 충전물 및 환류 수단을 갖추고 있으며 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름이 공급되고 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름이 제거되도록 구성되어 있는 아르곤 층과, SELIC 막과, 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름으로부터 산소를 제거하도록 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 상기 SELIC 막과 접촉시키기 위한 수단과, 그리고 상기 SELIC 막으로부터 약 10ppm 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 생산 등급 아르곤을 재생시키는 수단을 포함하고 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름으로부터 생산등급 아르곤을 정제하고 재생하는 방법으로서, 78 내지 140의 평형 단계 및 환류 수단을 갖는 충전된 아르곤 층에 아르곤을 함유한 흐름을 유입시키는 유입 단계와, 상기 아르곤층으로부터 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 회수하여 SELIC 막과 회수된 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 접촉시키는 접촉 단계와, 그리고 상기 접촉 단계로부터 약 10ppm 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 생산등급 아르곤을 재생하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SELIC 막이 혼합 전도체로 구성되어 있는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SELIC 막이 이온 전도체로 구성되어 있는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아르곤 부화 유체가 상기 SELIC 막과 접촉하기 전에 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 압력이 증가되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아르곤 부화 유체가 상기 SELIC 막과 접촉하기 전에 상기 아르곤 부화 유체가 상기 아르곤 층으로부터 액화 및 기화된 상태로 회수되는 방법.
  6. 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름으로부터 생산등급 아르곤을 정제하고 재생하는 장치로서, 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름의 공급원과, 78 내지 140의 평형 단계에서 작동가능하고 내부에 충전물 및 환류 수단을 갖추고 있으며 아르곤을 함유하는 흐름이 공급되고 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름이 제거되도록 구성되어 있는 아르곤 층과, SELIC 막과, 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름으로부터 산소를 제거하도록 상기 아르곤 부화 유체의 흐름을 상기 SELIC 막과 접촉시키기 위한 수단과, 그리고 상기 SELIC 막으로부터 약 10ppm 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 생산등급 아르곤을 재생시키는 수단을 포함하고 있는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아르곤 층과 상기 SELIC 막 사이로 열 교환 수단을 더 포함하고 있는 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아르곤 층과 상기 SELIC 막 사이로 펌프를 더 포함하고 있는 장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 SELIC 막은 혼합 전도체의 막이 혼합 전도체로 구성되어 있는 장치.
