제 2 도는 관계식에 의한 예측값에 대한 총 기체상 물질전달 계수를 플럿트화한 것이며
제 3 도는 산소/아르곤 분리를 위해 밀도 표면 기체 속도에 대한 아론적 플레이트와 동일한 고도를 플럿트화 한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 적어도 하나의 탑을 함유하는 증류탑 시스템의 어떤 지역에서 산호, 아르곤 및 질소를 함유화는 액체상 스트림과 산소, 아르곤 및 질소를 함유하는 기체상 스트림을 친밀히 접촉시키고, 액체상 스트림이 산소로 품부하게 되고 액체상 스트림으로부터 아르곤을 제거하고 아르곤을 증기상 스트림을 풍부하게 하고 증기상 스트림으로부터 산소를 제거하는 물질전달을 일으켜 산소, 질소 및 아르곤함유의 혼합물을 분리하는 공정에 있어서, 아르곤 농도가 약 0.6-약 75부피%의 범주인 증류탑 시스템의 지역에서 구조화된 팩킹을 이용하는 액체 및 기체상 스트림을 친밀히 접촉시키고 이러한 지역에서의 밀도표면기체속도가 1초당 적어도 0.06ft인 공정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소, 질소 및 아르곤 함유 혼합물의 분리공정.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물은 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 적어도 하나의 탑을 함유 하는 증류탑 시스템의 어떤 지역에서 산소, 아르곤을 함유하는 엑체상 스트림과 산소, 아르곤 및 질소를 함유하는 기체상 스트림을 친밀히 접촉시키고, 액체상 스트림이 산소로 풍부하게 되고 액체상 스트림으로부터 아르곤을 제거하고 아르곤으로 증기상 스트림을 풍부하게 하고 증기상 스트림으로부터 산소를 제거하는 물질전달을 일으켜, 산소, 아르곤함유의 혼합물을 분리하는 공정에 있어서 아르곤 농도가 약 0.6- 약 75부피%의 범주인 증류탑 시스템의 지역에서 구조화된 팩킹을 이용하는 액체 및 기체상 스트림을 친밀히 접촉시키고 이러한 지역에서의 밀도표면기체속도가 1 초당 적어도 0.06ft인 공정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소, 아르곤 함유 혼합물의 분리공정.
  4. 아르곤 농도가 약 0.6- 약 75부피%인 증류탑 시스템의 적어도 한 지점에서 구조화된 팩킹을 증류 트레이 대신 사용되는 단계를 포함하여 산소 및 아르곤 함유 혼합물 분리를 위한 적어도 하나의 증류탑을 갖는 저온증류장치를 개선시키는 공정
