Abstract
본 발명은 사출성형된 벽두께가 두터운 폐쇄형 파리슨으로부터 파리슨에 취입공기압력을 반복해서 간헐적으로 가하고 예비성형체로부터 추입공기압력을 제거하여 예비성형체를 형성하는 단계 및 예비성형체를 벽두께가 얇은 대형 용기로 연신취입성형하는 단계를 포함하는 대형 용기의 성형방법을 제공한다.
폐쇄형 파리슨은 파리슨 형상을 유지하는 스킨층이 내부온도가 높은 폐쇄형 파리슨의 표면에 형성된 직후에 금형으로부터 분리된 다음에, 파리슨의 표면온도를 내부온도에 의해 증가시키면서 소정온도로 가열된 예비성형금형에 의해 예비성형체로 성형된다. 연신취입성형온도로 유지된ㄴ 예비성형체는 취입금형으로 연신취입성형되어 대형 용기로 성형된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 의한 대형 용기의 연신취입성형방법에 이용할 수 있는 개방상태의 성형장치를 예시하는 부분단면 정면도이다,
제2도는 예비성형금형이 분할취입금형사이에 삽입되어 있는 성형장치의 요부를 예시하는 평면도이다,
제3도는 예비성형금형삽입시에 분할취입금형이 폐쇄되어 있는 성형장치의 요부를 예시하는 평면도이다,
제4도는 예비성형체의 성형상태를 개략적으로 예시하는 수직 단면도이다,
제5도는 예비성형금형이 제거된 후의 취입금형을 개략적으로 예시하는 수직 단면도이다,
제6도는 취입금형으로 대형 용기를 성형하는 공정을 개략적으로 예시하는 수직단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 사출금형, 코어금형 및 립다이에 의해 한정된 중공내에서 최종 대형 용기보다 길이가 짧고 두께가 두터운 연신벽부를 구비하는 폐쇄형 파리슨을 사출성형하는 단계와; 상기 파리슨 형상을 유지하는 스킨층이 내부온도가 높은 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨의 표면상에 형성된 직후에, 완전히 응고된 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨의 목부가 립다이에 의해 유지되는동안에 사출금형 및 코어 금형으로부터 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨을 분리하는 단계;분리된 폐쇄형 파리슨을 상기 립다이와 함께 미리 소정온도로 가열된 예비성형금형의 분할 금형으로 이송하는 단계와; 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨을 개방상태의 예비성형금형의 분할금형사이에 수용하고, 상기 예비성형금형의 분할금형을 페쇄하여 상기 분할금형의 대향면에 의해 한정되는 예비성형체 중공의 중앙에 폐쇄형 파리슨을 위치시키는 단계와; 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨을 충분한 열을 지니게 하면서 연신로드에 의해 축방향으로 연신시키고 취입공기압력에 의해 팽창시키도록 상기 예비성형금형을 폐쇄한 후에 취입 코어 및 연신로드를 립다이를 통해 하향으로 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨내에 삽입하는 단계와; 최초 공기 취입시에만 축방향으로 연신을 행하면서 단시간동안 저압공기를 반복해서 간헐적으로 취입하고 계속해서 상기 저압공기를 방출하여, 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨을 팽창시켜 상기 예비성형체 중공을 채워서 폐쇄형 파리슨과 최종 대형 용기 사이의 중간 크기를 갖는 소정의 예비성형체로 성형하는 단계와; 상기 예비성형체를 취입금형내에 배치하는 단계와; 연신취입성형에 의해 최종 성형품으로서 벽두께가 얇은 보디를 가진 대형 용기를 성형하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 용기의 연신취입 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간헐적으로 공기를 취입하는 단계에서의 최후 공기 취입시간은 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨을 팽창시켜 상기 예비성형체 중공을 채워서 소정의 예비성형체를 성형하도록 간헐적인 저압 공기 취입 시간보다 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 용기의 연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에비성형체는 연신취입성형단계에서 공기압력에 의해 저부금형으로 후퇴이동되는 지지부재에 의해 지지되어 있고, 상기 지지부재의 짖에 의해 상기 예비성형체에 보유된 열로 인한 상기 예비성형체의 드로-다운을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 용기의 연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연신취입성형단계는 상기 예비성형체가 2차고압에 의해 대형 용기로 팽창되도록 1차 저압공기취입 및 2차 고압공기취입을 추가로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형용기의 연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄형 파리슨은 사출성형에 의해 폴리카보네이트로 형성되어, 140℃~150℃로 가열된 예비성형금형에 의해 소정크기의 예비성형체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 용기의 연신취입성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
