Abstract

회전 인쇄기의 잉킹장치 특히, 이 잉킹장치의 잉크전달 캔버스 실린더, 잉크회수 용기, 닥터 블레이드 챔버 및 여러 덕트를 세척하는 장치는, 두개의 측방 조오 (9, 10) 사이에 설치되며 노즐(15, 16, 17, 18)이 제공되어 있는 분배기(14)로 구성되는 세척수단을 포함하며, 세척될 잉킹장치를 따라 상기 두개의 조오(9, 10)사이에서 전후방으로 이동할 수 있는 스트랩(13)에 상기 분배기(14)가 선회가능하게 부착된다. 그리고 이 스트랩(13)의 측방 행정이 끝날 때 마다 노즐 (15, 16, 17)의 스탑(31)에의 단순접촉에 의해 상기 분배기(14)의 각위치가 변한다. 두개의 측방 조오(9, 10) 사이에 위치하는 선형 공압 실린더(21)에 의해 상기 스트랩(13)이 전후방 운동으로 횡으로 이동한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 회전 인쇄기의 잉킹장치 특히, 이 잉킹장치의 잉크전달 캔버스 실린더, 잉크회수 용기, 닥터 블레이드 챔버 및 여러 덕트를 세척하며, 상기 잉킹장치의 덕트를 세척하기 위한 수단을 가지는 장치에 있어서, 두개의 측방 조오 (9, 10)사이에 설치되며 노즐(15, 16, 17, 18)이 제공되어 있는 분배기(14)로 구성되는 세척수단을 포함하며, 세척될 잉킹장치를 따라 상기 두개의 조오 (9, 10)사이에서 전후방으로 이동하면서 횡방향 이동할 수 있는 스트랩(13)에 상기 분배기(14)가 선회가능하게 부착되는 것과, 그리고 이 스트랩(13)의 측방 행정이 끝날 때마다 상기 분배기(14)의 각위치가 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉킹장치를 세척하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 측방 조오(9, 10)사이에 위치하는 선형 공압 실린더(21)에 의해 상기 스트랩(13)이 전후방으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트랩(13)의 행정이 끝날 때 마다 상기 노즐(15, 16, 17)이 스탑(31)과 단순접촉함에 의해 상기 분배기(14)의 각 위치가 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모든 측방 조오(9, 10)의 외측에 설치된 공압 잭(24)에 의해, 이 측방 조오(9, 10)가 제1위치(22)로부터 제2위치(23)로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닥터 블레이드 챔버(4)가 축(7)을 중심으로 회전하는 레버(6)위에 설치되어, 인쇄위치(4a)로 부터 세척위치(4b)로 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
