Abstract

보호용 가멘트에 특히 유용한 화학물질을 차단 복합 필름 및 직물, 상기 직물로 보호용 가멘트를 제조하는 경우, 복합 차단 물질은 열가소성 수지를 사용하여 가요성 기재에 차단 필름을 적층하고 직물을 봉합할 수 잇는 유사한 도느 상이한 열가소성 수지를 사용하여 상기 차단 필름을 상부 코팅함으로써 제조할 수 있다. 상기 물질로 제조한 보호용 가멘트는, 강도 및 화학물질에 대한 보호능이 적당한 균형을 이루면서 경량이다.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 기재가 폴리에틸렌 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스테르의 부직물을 포함하는 직물
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 단축으로 배향된 66-나일론 또는 이축으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 직물
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 산화 규소, 산화 알루미늄, 및 산화 지르코늄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 산화물의 증착된 유리질박층으로 코팅된 적어도 한면을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 필수적으로 이루어진 직물
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 산화 규소, 산화 알루미늄, 및 지르코늄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 산화물의 증착된 유리질박층으로 함유하는 적어도 한면을 갖는 나일론 필름을 포함하는 직물
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합성 접착제가 폴리에틸렌, 또는 폴리에틸렌의 비닐 공중합체 및 폴리에틸렌의 삼원 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 열가소성 수지인 직물
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 상도막이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 필름으로 필수적으로 이루어지고, 상기 차단 필름이 이축으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이며, 상기 적층 접착제 층이 이온적으로 가교결합된 에틸렌/메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 수지이고, 상기 기재가 폴리프로필렌의 부직물인 직물
  8. 제1항의 보호용 직물을 포함하는 보호용 가멘트
  9. 제7항의 보호용 직물을 포함하는 보호용 가멘트
  10. 열가소성 중합성 접착제 물질로 적어도 한면이 코팅된 중합성 차단 필름으로 필수적으로 이루어진 보호용 가멘트에 사용하기에 특히 적합한 보호용 복합 필름에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름의 두께가 0.5밀 이하인 경우에는, 상기 차단 필름이 적어도 50의 화학물질 차단율을 가지며, 상기 복합 필름은 적어도 40psi의 파열 강도, 적어도 1500g/in의 가열 밀봉 박리 강도 및 37g/㎡이하의 기본 중량을 갖고, 상기 차단 필름의 두께가 0.5 밀보다 크지만 1.3밀 미만인 경우에는, 상기 차단 필름이 적어도 75의 화학물질 차단율을 가지며, 상기 복합필름은 적어도 80psi의 파열강도, 적어도 1500g/in의 가열 밀봉 박리 강도 및 66g/㎡이하의 기본 중량을 갖는 상기 보호용 복합 필름
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 배향된 나일론 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 보호용 복합 필름
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 산화 알루미늄, 산화 지르코늄 또는 산화규소의 증착된 유리질 산화물로 코팅된 적어도 한면을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 포함하는 보호용 복합 필름
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 차단 필름이 산화 알루미늄, 산화 지르코늄 및 산화규소의 증착된 유리질 산화물로 코팅된 적어도 한면을 갖는 나일론 필름을 포함하는 보호용 복합 필름
  14. 적어도 1500g/in의 봉합선 박리 강도를 갖는 봉합선이 있는 제13항의 보호용 복합 필름으로 제조하 보호용 가멘트
  15. 열가소성 중합성 접착제의 열 결합된 봉합선을 가진 이측으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 필수적으로 이루어진, 화학물질에 대해 보호하기 위한 가멘트
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 장갑 형태인 가멘트
