Abstract
NO2가, SO2Na기 및 2급 아미노기를 각각 적어도 하나 이상 가지는 방향족 화합물, 대표적으로는 이하의 화합물로 이루어지는 유화중합방지제의 존재하에 중합성 단량체를 현탁중합하는 방법이 개시된다. 이러한 현탁중합에 의하며, 부차적으로 발생되는 유화중합에 의한 미립자의 발생이 억제된다.

Claims (13)
- NO2기, SO2Na기 및 2급 아미노기를 각각 적어도 하나 이상 가지는 방향족 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 유화중합방지제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물의 다음 (1)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화중합방지제.
- 중합성 단량체를 수성매체중에서 현탁 중합시킴에 있어서, NO2기, SO2Na기 및 2급 아미노기를 각각 적어도 하나 이상 가지는 방향족 화합물의 존재하에 중합을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁중합법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사이 방향족 화합물의 중합성 단량체 100중량부에 대해서 0.0001-10중량부 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁중합법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합성 단량체가 스티렌계 모노머 및/또는 (메타)아크릴계 모노모인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁중합법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 현탁중합시 착색제, 자성분말, 전하제어제, 오프셋 방지제, 중합안정제, 대전방지제 및 난연제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁중합법.
- 제3항에 기재된 현탁중합법에 의해 얻어진 수지입자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 착색제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지입자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 착색제가 카본블랙 그래프트 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지입자.
- 제7항에 기재된 수지입자를 이용하여 이루어지는 정전하잠상현상용 토너.
- 제8항에 기재된 수지입자를 이용하여 이루어지는 정전하잠상현상용 토너.
- 제9항에 기재된 수지입자를 이용하여 이루어지는 정전하잠상현상용 토너.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기 토너가 수지입자의 표면에 외부적으로 첨가되어 부착된 전하제어제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전하잠상현상용 토너.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
