Abstract

본 발명은, 평판형화상표시장치에 있어서, 전극유니트를 구성하는 각 전극간 상호의 위치정밀도를 향상시키는 일을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 각 전극(7a),(7b),(7c),(7d),(7e),(7f),(7g)에 형성한 인식구멍 (7aa),(7ba), (7ca), (7da),(7ea),(7fa),(7ga)을 기준으로 해서 각 전극상호의 위치맞춤을 행하므로서, 각 전극의 위치관계가 최적이 되도록 위치맞춤을 행하고, 위치맞춤한후, 인접한 임시고정부(207a),(207b),(207c),(207d),(207e),(207f),(207g)를 고정시키고, 소성접합고정후, 임시고정부를 절제하므로서 전극유니트를 얻는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제3도(b)는 각 전극이 정류적으로 포개진 상태의 평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 내면에 형광체스크린이 형성된 표면용기와, 이면용기로 구성된 진공용기내에 전자빔원으로서의 선형상얼음극과, 복수매의 평판형상의 전극을 소정의 간격을 가지고 절연고정해서 구성한 전극유니트를 배치하고, 상기 전극유니트를 구성하는 각 전극의 소정위치에 각 전극상호의 위치맞춤기준으로서의 복수개의 인식구멍을 형성하고, 전극마다의 인식구멍의 피치를 동일하게 또한 소정치수씩 이동시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형화상표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일전극의 인식구멍위치에 상당하는 다른 전극위치에, 상기 인식구멍보다 큰 도망구멍을 형성하고, 상기 일전극으로부터 떨어진 전극정도 도망구멍의 크기를 동등하거나, 또는 크게한 것을 특징으로 하는 평편형화상표시장치.
  3. 내면에 형광체스크린이 형성된 표면용기와, 이면용기로 구성된 진공용기내에, 전자빔원으로서이 선형상얼음극과, 복수매의 평판형상의 전극을 소정의 간격을 가지고 절연고정해서 구성한 전극유니트를 배치하고, 상기 전극유니트를 구성하는 각 전극이, 인접한 전극상호를 접합고정하는, 탄성부와 고정부로 이루어진 임시고정부를 가지고, 전극상호를 접합고정후, 상기 임시공정부를 절제(切除)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형화상표시장치의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 임시고정부가 전극외형보다 안쪽에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형화상표시장치의 제조방법.
  5. 청구범위 제3항 또는 제4항 기재의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 임시고정부가, 임시고정부절제후, 전극쪽이 둔각이 되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형화상표시장치.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 서로 대향하는 전극의 임시고정부사이에 소정두께의 임시고정스페이서를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형화상표시장치의 제조방법.
