제 1 도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 평면형 표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서의 평판형상 전극을 임시고정하는 방법에 사용되는 장치를 표시한 단면도,
제 2 도는 동 평면형 표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서의 평판형상 전극을 접합고정하는 방법에 사용되는 장치를 표시하는 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 등(等)피치로 팽팽하게 가설된 선형상 캐소우드와, 상기 캐소우드와, 상기 캐소우드로부터 나온 라인 형상의 전자비임을 제어하기 위하여, 서로 소정의 간격을 유지하여 포개진 복수의 평판형상 전극과, 상기 전자비임이 충돌하여 발광하는 형광체를 갖춘 평면형 표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 평판형상 전극의 전자비임이 통과하지 않는 부분에 형성된 접합장소에, 봉형상 저융점 유리를 배설하고, 상기 복수의 평판 형상 전극을 접합고정할때, 미리 상기 평판형상전극을 위치맞춤하고, 상기 평판형상 전극의 바깥 프레임부에 형성된 임시 접합부에 임시 고정한후, 상기 봉형상 저융점 유리를 가열, 용융하여 상기 평판형상 전극을 접합 고정하고, 상기 평판형상 전극의 바깥 프레임부에 형성된 상기 임시 접합부를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면형 표시장치의 제조방법.
