Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 흡입실, 토출실 및 크랭크실을 갖춘 차량공조용가변용량형 압축기에 사용되며. 크랭크실의 압력을 제어해서 그 가변용량형압축기의 토출용량을 가변하는 제어밸브에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
주위온도가 비교적 높은 경우에 충분한 냉각능력을 확보하면서 주위온도가 비교적 낮은 경우에도 충분한 냉각능력을 확보하도록 한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
토출압력을 감지해서 변위하는 토출감압기구가 설치되며, 전기한 밸브기구는 그 토출압력이 설정된 토출압력 미만일때에만 그 토출감압기구의 설정력에 의해 전기한 급기통로개도를 축소하는 방향으로 힘을 가하도록 그 토출감압기구와 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량형압축기용 제어밸브.

Claims (2)
- 흡입실, 토출실 및 크랭크실을 갖춘 차량공조용가변용량형 압축기에 사용되며. 흡입압력을 감지해서 변위하는 흡입감압기구와 그 흡입압력이 설정흡입압을 초과하면 그 흡입감압기구의 변위에 의해 그 토출실과 크랭크실사이의 급기통로의 개도를 축소하며. 그 흡입압력이 그 설정흡입압력 미만이라면, 그 흡입감압 기구의 반변위에 의해 그 급기통로의 개도를 확대하는 밸브 기구등을 구비하고, 크랭크실압력을 제어해서 그 가변용량압축기의 토출용량을 가변하는 가변용량형압축기용 제어밸브에 있어서, 토출압력을 감지해서 변위하는 토출감압기구가 설치되며. 전기한 밸브기구는 그 토출압력이 설정된 토출압력 미만일때에만 그 토출 감압기구의 설정력에 의해 전기한 급기통로개도를 축소하는 방향으로 힘을 가하도록 그 토출감압 기구와 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량형압축기용 제어밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토출압력이 설정된 토출압력미만일 경우, 밸브기구에서 그 토출압력에 의해 작용하는 힘과 토출감압기구에 그 토출압력에 의해 작용하는 힘등이 같게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량형 압축기용 제어밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
